We stayed there for one night. We arrived late and left in the morning, so we weren't able to take advantage of all the hotel's amenities. The breakfast included in our stay was decent. Everyone found something to eat. The room is spacious and has all the amenities (shower and toilet), which are clean and functional. The mattress was a little too hard for us, but for a short stay, it wasn't too bothersome

We were very satisfied. Rena is the perfect hostess, who also speaks German. The rooms were furnished with everything you need and were cleaned daily. We selected this hotel because of the proximity to the harbour. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Seajets ferry to Santorini. Hotel is clean, rooms are well fitted. We had a great experience with this hotel. The gentleman working the reception was so kind and helpful to us during our stay, going out of his way to assist us. We were very impressed by the hospitality we found here. The rooms are clean with an enclosed shower and good air conditioning. If your flight gets cancelled and you're reading this review, the hotel isn't all that bad. The staff were nice and so was the food. Be sure to take a trip to the supermarket opposite as they had some amazing cheap food. Check the fruit aisle! Mot much else around worth exploring.

We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok. They have their own tavern, they do everything for very good food . It was very good for us.

You can't beat Olympic for the location, nor for the price. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was fine. Olympic has a pleasant terrace on the top floor, where you can sit and read and watch the planes take off from the nearby HER airport. My only complaint was that the smallness of the bathroom meant no towel racks, only a couple of hooks behind the door.

Below average The nice lobby is deceiving. The rooms are very old and mine was very dark (the only windows faced a skylight well). Decently clean but I found a hair in the jam at breakfast (I guess that it can happen but it is the first time that it happens to me, in the more than 30 years in which I have been travelling). It will not be my choice at my next visit at Crete University.

The hotel entrance is not easy to find, but the island itself is not big, and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the city. You can find the entrance by asking. It is very cost-effective and the transportation is also very convenient.

Lovely hotel at a fine location nearby the town centre. There are restaurants, grocery stores and shopping districts in walking distance. I arrived to the city via the bus from Chania and left the city via ferry via the harbour. although not exactly short distance but they are walkable. it is a relatively busy city and many popular restaurants are very occupied during the weekend.

The location is central and the friendliness of the information office is top notch. The facilities were clean and there was a separate veranda where you could wash and dry your laundry, as well as a table and two chairs. The downside is that the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to turn around, and there is the inconvenience of not being able to fit your left foot into the toilet seat.

After staying at the hotel for 4 nights my girlfriend came down with food poisoning , the staff were amazing and caring for us and helped us out massively as we were going to find another hotel but found space for us at a discounted rate due to our circumstances as well as keep sending up bowls of rice with lemon and breadsticks to help sooth her stomach. Teams were excellent, services were excellent, but the mattress in the sofa bed was appalling. Otherwise, it's perfect for a couple or a family, it's near the beach, near lots of restaurants and bars.

When we checked in we were graciously upgraded to a suite in another building with access to another resort and pool. All the staff were very friendly in all areas which made our stay very enjoyable. The balcony was far too narrow, and there was only one folding chair that fit across the room, so it was impossible to chill on the balcony in the evening for two. The shower was very small and the water spilled out. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff was really friendly. Everything was close: a supermarket, a restaurant, and a café, and it was only about 3 minutes to the beach.

We had a lovely apartment, very spacious, with all the mod cons. Comfortable bed, air con, mini kitchen, terrace, Next decade bathroom - so many options for how you want your water to come out for shower. Short walk to Heaven Beach and restaurant/bar. Other restaurants/shops on main road. So wanted to give this a 5 but just felt a little let down by owner/manager who was not particularly helpful....

Another fantastic stay at Uncle George's. Kostas and Artemis were excellent hosts, the food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel is near the old town, about 5 minutes walking. But the area around the hotel was a little dirty and dark at night. It was tough to get to the hotel from the port by walking. I had to climb a long steep slope with a wheeled suitcase. The sidewalk...

We stayed for one night at Infinity city hotel to take our ferry the next morning. It was well located closed to the port and in the old town. The Hotel was all good, but our standard room was a bit small. Also the breakfast was OK, but not as good as what we have had in other hotels so why we gave 4 stars.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Breakfast has limited variety and choice. Bathroom is rather small. Room itself is quite spacious. Supermarket is nearby and hotel is close to city center.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is very pleasant and attentive. The view from our room was lovely, and the room itself was so nice and had every convenience. It is walkable to the city center which was so convenient. The only issue we had was our plane was delayed and we did not arrive until after midnight. There is noone at the front the front desk after 10pm and the doors are locked. I made a terrible...

Clean modern hotel in great location. Walkable to ferry port and town square with lots of cafes and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is very good, close to everywhere, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent

I did not eat breakfast. I had small meals and snacks and they were good. The road outside was noisy from 7 am to after midnight The facilities have been recently upgraded and are well designed and attractive

its a mini apartment that worked out great for us both.all our needs here..great loaction...eather way you walk you got everything of your needs...store ways or eats....we walked to Grill Leoforos...very good food.....was a 10 ....would stay again,,this place also has a restaurant.....

Without a doubt, the best option for spending the night. The room is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need to relax. It also has a good location.

Very good quality apartments with superb beds. Great communication from hosts resulting in seamless check in. Parking available. The area is very handy for the airport but limited range of food shops and restaurants, as the area mainly has furniture stores etc.

Nicely decorated rooms at a very convenient location near shops etc. Rooms has most of what is needed for a 2-3 days stay. Room was clean although there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Could have been bigger as well (felt cramped for a family with 2 kids). Received clear instructions how to enter from staff but no much interaction since. Even when we left the building the reception barely...

Staff was helpful and nice. The property is awsome, modern, clean and very well equipped. Well done!
