Fabulous hotel and staff. We came in October and even though it was nearing the end of the season the service was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. The resort was great, absolutely lovely beach and the staff are all wonderful. Manos, the manager in the restaurant is an absolute gem, so welcoming and friendly. Beware the "all inclusive" mention because we would not have considered our stay all included by any means. With a limited drink menu at the bar, and no not just for premium alcohols, things like a margarita or a mojito were excluded from our package. The answer we received was because it is high season, we stayed during September so in reality its end of season, we want to relieve as much traffic...

The Olive Green Hotel is a clean, friendly and helpful place to stay, in a great location in the middle of the best parts of Heraklion. The food at the restaurant is decently priced and tasted great, the staff were super helpful and can organise taxi's to the airport or port. The rooms are well priced and larger, which makes things easier for a longer stay.

It was nicely centrally located and not overcrowded. The restaurant next door is highly recommended, offering a variety of dishes; you even get a discount if you're a hotel guest. Breakfast was small, compact, but varied. The price-performance ratio was okay.

Very good location for this hotel, hotel was very clean and had a nice rooftop pool and restaurant.

The location is very good and convenient to go everywhere!

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. This is a good place to stay for an easy stroll into the centre. It's a short journey from the airport which is near the centre. It's not a busy airport so not noisy. The accommodation is excellent, comfortable, and well equipped if you wish to self cater (we preferred to visit local restaurants). We had a great stay at 7Rizes Luxury Living! The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes from the airport—and there’s free parking on-site. The service was excellent; everyone was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was well designed for a comfortable stay, modern design and comfortable bed. The bathroom needed a deep clean though. The breakfast was good cuantity but not of our taste: no fruits, no vegetables, no protein. It was however really nice to have breakfast at the rooftop terrace in the morning. If you are easily bothered by noise, be aware that the location is very close to the airport!

Quite an amazing place. I have never seen such level of modernity in the building and room set up, even though I travelled a lot in Asia which is typically quite advanced. Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. Great hotel! We were a big family gang with 6 toddlers. The water park has slides for adults, slides for kids and baby area. The free cocktails' selection was nice. Yet, it was a perfect vacation.

The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.
