The location of the hotel is very good, and the room you booked has a sea view as soon as you open the door, and the beach is just a few steps away. The only bad thing is that a lot of ants and bugs run into the room, and there is a very unpleasant smell behind the small refrigerator!

The Olive Green Hotel is a clean, friendly and helpful place to stay, in a great location in the middle of the best parts of Heraklion. The food at the restaurant is decently priced and tasted great, the staff were super helpful and can organise taxi's to the airport or port. The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

Parking was available 👍 The roof ventilation was very loud at the pool, so unfortunately a longer stay at the pool was not possible for me. The hotel is a bit older, the rooms could do with renovation, everything was very worn.

The hotel is on the good location, bus station and old city are close. Hotels parking is about 400m far away. Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.

Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

The photos online have nothing to do with reality. An old restored building which is just ok. The rooms are small, nothing like the photos. Very very poor breakfast. There isn’t even a proper breakfast room. There is a wooden prefabricated kind of a room which is used as a breakfast room. Small gem well located! Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). Many bus stops around to go to Knossos, and beaches. Breakfast was great, staff super nice. Bathroom is small but it serves its purpose :). Would come back without hesitation😍

Right in the heart of downtown Heraklion, this cosy hotel is a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was modern and clean with breakfast included and was close to everything.

For the price it is amazing. Less than 10 minutes walking to the town hall and the shop and restaurants area. Also, 10 min walk to the harbour and fortress. The room was really spacious. Bathroom was great. The breakfast was simple but what is needed. You can try park in the street, otherwise there is a big 24h Parking 5 min walk.
