The Olive Green Hotel is a clean, friendly and helpful place to stay, in a great location in the middle of the best parts of Heraklion. The food at the restaurant is decently priced and tasted great, the staff were super helpful and can organise taxi's to the airport or port. The rooms are well priced and larger, which makes things easier for a longer stay.

It was nicely centrally located and not overcrowded. The restaurant next door is highly recommended, offering a variety of dishes; you even get a discount if you're a hotel guest. Breakfast was small, compact, but varied. The price-performance ratio was okay.

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.

Great hotel! We were a big family gang with 6 toddlers. The water park has slides for adults, slides for kids and baby area. The free cocktails' selection was nice. Quite an amazing place. I have never seen such level of modernity in the building and room set up, even though I travelled a lot in Asia which is typically quite advanced. Also ramp to the garage is very tricky steep and dangerous. If somebody is not using this garage, you will need luck to find an open parking slot as the alleys are small and tight

This is very nice cozy hotel! We stayed with our 9 months old baby and they provided baby cot as we asked. However they went beyond and provided changing mat and baby spoon. The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

The apartment is very well located in the center of Heraklion. It is 20 minutes by car from the airport. On the same street there is a paid underground parking lot (12 euros) which we used on 5 occasions without any problem.
