The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

Very friendly and helpful personnel. The hotel is close to the Marina and other interesting places to visit. The area to visit in Crete is small. So everything is close. The rooms were clean. Lovely restored period building in a quiet side street but just a few minutes away from the busting touristic centre of Heraklion old town. Parking is not so near, especially for anyone with mobility problems and the hotel does not offer any catering, not even breakfast, so you need to go out to "start your day".

Very new and open concept studio with great kitchen. Our suite had an outdoor patio which hot tub so was an amazing stay at the end of a long trip. Very comfortable and great communication. A little hard to find in an alley if you drive but they do provide a secure parking lot.

Candia Studios is a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The studios are spacious, spotless, and come with large balconies where you can truly unwind. Having parking available is a big plus, and the overall value for money is excellent. A comfortable and peaceful stay that I would definitely recommend.

Very clean but a bit far from the centre

This was essentially a studio. We knew that when we booked as we need a short overnight stay. So for my family of 4 (2 teens) it worked. The only was issue was parking for my car rental. The streets were super narrow here and parking was difficult to find nearby.
