Good location for going to Heraklion Bus station. I Don't understand the structure of shower room with bed. Hard to understand what make here five stars. Breakfast is not buffet type. Pizza shop make breakfasts. But reasonable price at off season. It makes everything understandable and very kind and good, warm staffs too.

The town is giving me a cozy, friendly and quiet atmosphere. The hotel also! Had a great holiday there. Staff are helpful, breakfast not bad.

Very friendly staff and good location

A fantastic hotel, just 200 meters from the Cretan Archaeological Museum. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel to Knossos Palace; a round trip costs €5. The room I booked was great, the bathroom was clean, and it had a balcony, but it was a bit noisy at night because it's near the road. Also, it's a bit far from the beach, so the sea view isn't great. There was a kettle and complimentary bottled...

I did not eat breakfast. I had small meals and snacks and they were good. The road outside was noisy from 7 am to after midnight The facilities have been recently upgraded and are well designed and attractive

its a mini apartment that worked out great for us both.all our needs here..great loaction...eather way you walk you got everything of your needs...store ways or eats....we walked to Grill Leoforos...very good food.....was a 10 ....would stay again,,this place also has a restaurant.....

Without a doubt, the best option for spending the night. The room is spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need to relax. It also has a good location.

Very good quality apartments with superb beds. Great communication from hosts resulting in seamless check in. Parking available. The area is very handy for the airport but limited range of food shops and restaurants, as the area mainly has furniture stores etc.

Nicely decorated rooms at a very convenient location near shops etc. Rooms has most of what is needed for a 2-3 days stay. Room was clean although there was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Could have been bigger as well (felt cramped for a family with 2 kids). Received clear instructions how to enter from staff but no much interaction since. Even when we left the building the reception barely...

Very new and open concept studio with great kitchen. Our suite had an outdoor patio which hot tub so was an amazing stay at the end of a long trip. Very comfortable and great communication. A little hard to find in an alley if you drive but they do provide a secure parking lot.

Really enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! It was a pity that we couldn’t stay longer. Although we didn’t meet the hosts in person, it was a perfect stay. The check in via key safe was super arranged, no problem at all. The apartment perfectly clean, fully equipped. Breakfast for me next morning on the table. Small extras like raki, olive oil and wine. The apartment very sunny, big terrace, a/c working.

The place is actually apartments which on one hand very simple in an ordinary building, but on the other hand very very good. Spacious accompanied with wine and raki on the house. It is centrally located, 2 minutes from the center. Highly recommended if you are not looking fir luxury.

Super! A very nice hotel! recommendation. Breakfast is brought to you every day, and towels are replaced with new ones. The rooms are large and offer plenty of personal space. There is a kitchen so you can also cook.

The service of Crop Suite Hotel is relatively warm, the sanitary conditions are good, the equipment is complete, the environment is relatively beautiful, and it is a trustworthy hotel. I will stay here again next time I travel.

The apartment is very well located in the center of Heraklion. It is 20 minutes by car from the airport. On the same street there is a paid underground parking lot (12 euros) which we used on 5 occasions without any problem. The Troulis Apartments are family owned and managed. The Troulis family is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works great but they've gone to solar power for heating the water. The water never gets really hot but it's bearable. The restaurant, "Waves" is better than last year but still not my first choice for dining on the island.

The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful). Check-in is very simple, all with a password.

The hotel itself is in a good environment, but the surroundings are a bit messy. It is a bit far from the old town, but it is convenient to walk there. The room facilities are good, but the bathroom is too small, especially the shower room, which is really inconvenient.

Had an amazing stay! Beautiful contemporary decor and large rooms. Spotless. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel is not far from Heraklion Airport and is also within walking distance of Heraklion Castle. I only stayed for one night and forgot to take pictures of the hotel. The hotel is very modern and the coffee is very good, but the street is too noisy at night, the room is not soundproofed, and the TV next door is very loud. But there is free parking downstairs.

The room is simple and clean with complete facilities. The service is good. You can check in early if the cleaning is done. Check-out is also negotiable. Self-service luggage storage. When you are just arriving, the surrounding area might look a bit different than expected, but it seemed very safe and once you walk into the city it is very nice and cute. This place was amazing. Super clean. Comfy bed and couch. Well-equipped kitchen. Even a very friendly user printer! But above all, extensive parking in the center of Heraklion (that is a rarity!). They really thought of everything a guest could need. Highly recommended.

The room was decorated stylish but lacked some basic features in the room (no night stands by the bed to hold basic, no night light when lights out it’s pitch black, lighting was dull, and the tv table had to be moved around to watch tv in bed). These things are what caused the three ratings. Otherwise it was a nice place to lay down for the night.

Very good location with many nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped although it is a little but dated looking. There was quite a bit of road noise that made it difficult to sleep but at least it stopped in the middle of the night.

This was my second time staying here, simply because I loved it so much the first time! The rooms are stylish, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Heraklion, close to everything. It’s amazing value for money, and the host is always welcoming and attentive. Candia Studios is a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The studios are spacious, spotless, and come with large balconies where you can truly unwind. Having parking available is a big plus, and the overall value for money is excellent. A comfortable and peaceful stay that I would definitely recommend.

Very clean but a bit far from the centre

This was essentially a studio. We knew that when we booked as we need a short overnight stay. So for my family of 4 (2 teens) it worked. The only was issue was parking for my car rental. The streets were super narrow here and parking was difficult to find nearby.

There is free parking! The cleaning lady is very enthusiastic!
