Great resort, staff were super helpful especially those at the restaurant. The Spa was amazing and the staff took time to speak with us before recommending treatment to book. Location right on the beach made it a fantastic place to stay.
Fabulous hotel and staff. We came in October and even though it was nearing the end of the season the service was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. The resort was great, absolutely lovely beach and the staff are all wonderful. Manos, the manager in the restaurant is an absolute gem, so welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault this resort in any way 😊
Beware the "all inclusive" mention because we would not have considered our stay all included by any means. With a limited drink menu at the bar, and no not just for premium alcohols, things like a margarita or a mojito were excluded from our package. The answer we received was because it is high season, we stayed during September so in reality its end of season, we want to relieve as much traffic...
I loved absolutely everything a about my experience! This was my very 1st time in Crete and the hospitality was second to none! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful!! I'd love to visit again!

The hotel is in an ideal location. But I would never call this a 5 star hotel the toilet was dirty the swimming pool was small. For 5 stars i expected alot more. This is decidedly not a 5 star hotel although they think they are. You arrive and there is no one to even ask if they can take your bags let alone actually do it. There is no bellman at the door. We were seven people in our group. We had an amazing stay over here very recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though rooms are a bit small for our liking, they’re very nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. All the amenities one needs are provided.

Good location for going to Heraklion Bus station. I Don't understand the structure of shower room with bed. Hard to understand what make here five stars. Breakfast is not buffet type.
