Excellant location, good hotel and good service
It was an amazing stay. We checked in late, after midnight, and check in was smooth. The rooms are beautiful and we got balcony at the first floor. The sea view was good.
Communication with the owner was very good and he was there on call as and when required.
There is restaurant near the beach and for the hotel guests, one umbrella and two chairs were free. this was an excellant perk.
Parking can be done between hotel and restaurant and there is enough parking so no worries.
Cleaning was done every day and the room was sufficient for one family, two adults and max two children.
The beach is beautiful and many places nearby.

Stayed four nights recently. Light, airy, comfortable room with views of the beach. Easy access to the beach and sunloungers.
The owners are very friendly and provide an excellent breakfast in the beach restaurant.
Definitely a place to visit again.

Simply beautiful.
The sea view from the room is simply a dream. The long sandy beach is beautiful, and early risers can watch the sun rise over the sea and the sunset over the mountains. The owners speak German and are very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic, so we would love to come back again (off-season).

We had here only a short stay, on the way from the airport.. very quiet place, clean, well equipped. Breakfast is excellent 👌

Beautiful seafront accommodation, exactly as advertised, 5min drive from Georgiopolis with a beachfront bar & restaurant.
Spacious for 2 adults and a child; kitchen has all the basics needed, fridge, stove, kettle & coffee makers, pan, cutlery & crockery; friendly owner, free parking.
We stayed here in spring and the frogs in the nearby stream sang us a symphony all night, we only heard the road the next morning and it was the most beautiful sunrise!

Beautiful hotel, directly at the beach. Rooms exactly as in the photos, very clean and beds are cozy. We arrived at night and even though the beach bar was closed already, the receptionist organized us some great food and drinks. He also borrowed us a phone charger after my suitcase got lost at the airport. So service couldn't be better, everyone's extremely friendly. Breakfirst is nice and a great value for price. Location is directly at the beach with great view on the sea. 10 Min walk to supermarkets, restaurants and shops (walking time on Google Maps is wrong!). We loved it here, thanks for everything. Very good location at fantastic sandy beach. Best restaurant ever. Very friendly hosts. Clean big rooms with kitchenette just enough to eat small meals. Breakfast at the beach bar absolutely huge and tasty. We spend very good holidays here.
