Kriti hotel and staff service was exceptional! We hosted a small group for a week at the property and everything was so smooth. Guest rooms were clean and exactly what they promised, the pool side breakfast and pool area was wonderful and quiet. The meeting space was perfect and the location was so convenient, we could walk everywhere. A huge shout out to Yvonne, Georgios and all the front desk staff who truly made it such a positive and smooth experience for us all. Highly recommend!

We stayed here as part of a group of 18. We had been told that we would get upgraded rooms. But when we checked in, they were standard. And the hotel was full. Hard to make excuses as we booked the trip in November almost a year before.
The hotel is clean, large, and ordinary. Very much like the box hotels you would find in the United States.
They have elevators.
Location is good.
Our room was very small, we had to take turns moving from one side of the room to the other. Because two people couldn't pass. Our fan made noise. Our balcony only had enough room for a single chair. Lobby is nice spacious with a full bar. The breakfast is ample with hot and cold choices, and you can eat poolside.

Very nice hotel, good location and an excellent coffee wirh the breakfast! The only downside is that the room doors did not have soft closers and a lot of the guests sadly slammed them so it was had to sleep past 7.30am.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect- you can walk to many areas, and I only needed a taxi to and from the airport. The rooms were impressively quiet; I never heard my neighbors once. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was delicious with a nice variety, plus it stayed open late, which was a great surprise if you want to sleep in.

The staff really stood out- they were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis and even coordinated a medical appointment for me, explaining how the process worked. That level of care made a big difference.

Overall, I would certainly stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last year and when we needed another night in Chania before joining a trip it was the obvious place to come. As before, we were made very welcome at Reception as we arrived even later than we had said. The room and breakfast were as good as we remembered.

It was quite nice. The room was a little small, and a 28-inch suitcase wouldn't open horizontally, but that's typical for European rooms. Fortunately, the bedding was comfortable and the room was quite spacious. They provided fruit and a small pot of specialty wine, everything you could expect. And the breakfast was very satisfying! The fruit yogurt was amazing! They squeezed orange juice right on the spot, and they even had hot chocolate—help! And they're open until 11:30 AM! 🥹 I'm so grateful! I could wake up naturally and then take my plate to the poolside to eat slowly. There's a bus stop diagonally next to the entrance, so taxis are also very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk to the old town. Overall, it was the best hotel of my entire trip.

This is our second time back here, but this time we're visiting Samaria National Park.

The best thing about this hotel is its central location—close to everything, yet tucked away from the busy promenade. You really get a feel for the local vibe, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away, mostly frequented by locals too.

Just imagine: we go for a morning run, then dive into the sea on the way back to the hotel—before breakfast. Pure bliss.

And on Saturdays, there’s a street market right next door, full of things to discover.

We absolutely love it!

We stayed for one night after a late arrival at Chania airport, mainly because of the combination of good reviews and a 24 hour concierge. It was a perfect choice - seamless check-in, pleasant staff and a comfortable room with hot shower after a long and sticky journey. A basket of fresh fruit, snacks and complementary water was much appreciated. The breakfast was perfectly good too.
