Stefan Village Hotel in Agia Marina

We had such a wonderful holiday here! The staff are very friendly and the apartments were cleaned to a high standard 6 days a week. We had a late arriving flight and when we got there there were plates of fresh food and bottled water waiting for us. The food and drink choice is great for adults and kids in the all inclusive package. We will definitely be going back Thank you for such a lovely holiday ❤️

Like everyone has said beautiful place and spotlessly clean. Always managed to get a bed.. Food was tasty and fresh, if you struggle to eat here then you're just really fussy. We always found something and ate out a few times for dinner. The kids enjoyed the 2 shows a week, I thought kids would be bored without entertainment at night but they enjoyed the park and we had early nights. The pools and slides were great. All the staff very friendly. Good location literally minutes from beach and restaurants. Negatives- the female lifeguard who was on duty all week takes her job very serious and is the most observant lifeguard I've seen on holiday to keep the kids safe- this was appreciated however at times she creates a tense atmosphere as she blows her whilst a lot and yells at people from the top of the podium. On my first day the kids wanted me to go down the slides with them and this same lifeguard stopped me and outright asked me if im pregnant- I'm not!! I found this extremely rude and unecessary, there is more than 1 sign on the way upto the slides with the slide rules stating safe use and not to use if pregnant etc so the hotel is covered I imagine if any accidents! If a grown pregnant woman wants to stupidly throw herself down a slide then that's her choice. I am a small person 5ft 0inch 62kg and a UK size 12, yes I have a bit of a saggy lower belly from previous pregnancy's but it does not look like a baby bump, I asked another mother using slides who was roughly my age but a flatter abdomen if she was asked about pregnancy (incase the lifeguard asked all women) she wasn't asked. So essentially if you're of childbearing age and abdomen not completely flat then be prepared to be insulted by the lifeguard. Very disappointing I emailed the hotel about this incident and zero response. The lifeguard was taking her job too far on this occasion and left me feeling self conscious in my swimwear for the rest of the week. There is one slide out of use that is a duo slide and where you would land im pool coming off this there must be damage to the tile or something as there was floating bottle with hazard tape attached to what resembles a paint tub sitting on pool floor - my daughter smacked her leg on this going down the duo slide side that was open leaving a cut and significant bruise as pictured. Perhaps the hotel/lifeguard should focus on getting this repaired over insults to guests about pregnancy! I felt there was major trying to deter all inclusive guests from using this service. We are not allowed to use the pool bar next to kids pool for drinks ( this was for paying guests only) or allowed to sit in at night with out AI drinks, this left nowhere to sit minus a few tables at the back of the restaurant. Only 2 drinks per person meaning as a family of 4 one parent had to go up the stairs and around to the AI bar twice to get the 4 of us a drink whilst the other parent observed kids in pool. Very nice hotel. Modern and clean. The service was great. They arranged a birthday celebration for our four year old girl and it was wonderful. The food was very tasty. The pool area was perfect size for us and our children, who are two and four years old. The beach was also close and we hade wonderful days swimming in the Mediterranean.

Lovely hotel, very clean and well taken care of. Everybody speaks english. Beautiful "garden" and Pool Area. Only minus comes restaurant IT IS noise. . We didn't have all in clusive but still IT wasn't nice on breakfast. There could be more sitting places outside. Breakfast was really good! This hotel IS perfect If you travel with kids!! We were there adults and we liked this hotel a lot🥰

We had a good holiday at the stefan village,all the staff were really good and worked very hard ,we went all inclusive and the food was really good plenty of choice the all inclusive drinks were not very good the beer and wine were passable but the spirits were awful all local stuff, the complex is good for children with kids pools and slides a downside is where the bar is it’s like sitting in a cafe there is no lounge with comfy seating to try and enjoy a drink but all in all we had a good stay.

Fantastic complex ! So clean , the cleaners are out every morning cleaning the walkways , terraces etc and they clean the apartments everyday . We had a superior 1 bed apartment which had a large living area with a small kitchen equipped with sandwich toaster , kettle , microwave and 2 ring halogen hob (didn’t use any of this but the fridge was great for cold drinks ! ) seperate bedroom which my only criticism is the position of the wardrobe , the bedroom door obstructs it and it would be far better on the other side of the bed where we stored 2 large suitcases . Also there isn’t a lot of space to hang clothes if there is more than 2 people . Food was good , bar was always very busy as one review mentioned no self service for at least soft drinks so at times it was really busy and the bar person had to work really hard !! Good choices at mealtimes and decent snacks in between you never go hungry ! All the staff are so friendly they all deserve 5 stars for how lovely they all were this includes reception, Restaraunt, bar , cleaners ALL of the staff were exceptional . My only minor complaint is the resort is very family orientated which we knew when we booked but out of the 6 pools it would be nice if a small section was adults only but we throughly enjoyed our stay and the complex is beautiful and only a 5 minute walk from all the lovely bars and restaurants that you should try if you visit here the bars along the beach are amazing to watch the sunset

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 weeks at the beginning of August. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Location: We travelled with jet 2. It was about an hour-long mini bus ride. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by 2 friendly receptionists. Check-in was quick and smooth. Room: We booked a premium superior studio which is located at the end of the village. The room is spacious and big enough for 3 of us (my son is 6). The room is modern, super clean and has a good view of the swimming pool. We loved the walk-in shower. It has a great sound effect (if you like singing during showering like my son) and the hot water is powerful. The blackout curtains are good and the air condition is quiet. The pillows are not high. The only downside is the sewage smell and a couple sewer fliers in the bathroom. Member of staff: Every member of staff we met was lovely and friendly. The cleaner always made our room clean and tidy. The reception ladies were always helpful and smiling. The waiters, waitresses and chefs in the restaurant worked so hard. Staff regularly cleaned the tables and helped people find seats. They were polite, friendly and always smiling. Big thank you to Magda! She was always cheerful and smiling and provided excellent service. When she noticed I don’t drink alcohol, she made me a non-alcohol pina colada a few times. She was so sweet, thoughtful and caring. Food: We have been to many all-inclusive hotels. The food here is the best! We loved fresh yoghurt, honey and honeycomb at breakfast. Popcorn for snack. At dinner time, we had different cuisine every night. I loved the ribs, steaks, lamp chop, sea food and everything! Swimming Pool: The swimming pools are great. The slides are the highlight of the hotel. My son loved it so much. Sunbeds were never a problem for us. We put our towels down around 8 to 8.30 on our way to breakfast. When we went out for trips, we could always find beds after 15.00. All in all, we had a fab time here. The hotel is beautiful, safe, friendly and has great fun for families. I have already recommended it to all my friends.
