We loved everything about our stay. The hotel seemed full, but yet there were plenty of free sunbeds by the pool and the private beach. The best part of the hotel is the private beach, as it is very quiet and the beach is very clean. The hotel is isolated but still very accessible, so well suited for a few days of relaxation.

Lovely hotel! It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. We stayed in the ground floor sea view room and somehow there had been a mix up with bookings and so Kristina asked if we would move We did - upstairs to a bigger room at no further. The beach offers free sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and bed linens every two days. We stayed here when we had our wedding in Chania with some of our closest friends and family. Everyone at Kristall was very welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our every need. They even surprised us by decorating the terrace and the garden for the moment our photographer would come for our “getting ready” photo session. This is the absolute best hotell i've been for this price. Should've been at least 4 star with the service. Other 4 star i the neighbourhood could not compare. Absolutely would recommend!

We've had a lovely week at Phaedra. The hotel is clean and the room was well appointed. The staff, particularly Nikos were super friendly and helpful, both before our arrival snd during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble! We’ll be back, i hope!

I will come back for sure! Nice clean, quiet place with perfect location, which is close to anything you want. Very friendly staff and nice cats.

At the beginning air conditioning was not working properly but after aware the owner, he fixed the issue immediately. Very nice and friendly staff. I love to be there.

It was in a very good location, very close to the beach, bus stop, shops, and restaurants. It is easy to go to the airport and Chania.

Evilion Hotel was perfect for our time in Chania. We are a family of 5 so enjoy a little space to spread out. The suite we stayed in was very large with a spacious living/eating/kitchen area as well as one of two bathrooms. Upstairs, there were two large bedrooms and a second bathroom. We had our own patio area and the was a large communal area including a playground and lively pool with loungers....
