I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated.

The highlight of my experience was definitely the spa. The facilities were modern, relaxing, and impeccably clean. I enjoyed a massage treatment that was both deeply relaxing and highly professional — one of the best I’ve ever had. The pool and sauna area offered the perfect escape after a long day, making my stay even more memorable.

The breakfast buffet was rich and varied.
Service throughout the hotel was flawless, with staff always ready to assist with a smile.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether for business or leisure, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and relaxation. I will definitely be returning!

We were only looking for a place to rest our heads for one night in Chania and had I known how great this hotel was, I woudl have planned a longer stay here.

The hotel looks brand new, it has a wonderful design, amazing facilities, and the staff are lovely.

The pool area is amazing, the rooftop bar is lovely and there are all spa facilities available too.

On top of that, the staff are all so nice.

If you want to stay in Chania for a short break, this is a great place to book

This hotel is simply wonderful – brand new, fresh, and designed with incredible taste. The interiors are stunning, with every room and space in the hotel thoughtfully decorated down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the very first moment – especially thanks to the lovely lady at the reception, whose kindness and positive energy truly set the tone for our stay.

The entire experience was elevated by the soothing music and overall ambiance, creating a perfect sense of peace and comfort. But the true highlight? The most beautiful spa we have ever seen in any hotel. Designed with a perfect balance of minimalism and elegance, it offers not only a visual delight, but also a sanctuary for the soul and body. The entire hotel was renovated a few days ago therefore everything is new and super clean, the design of the entire hotel is beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing! The location is a 2 minute walk to the beach and several good restaurants and coffee shops. Overall we had a great time staying there!

The hotel is great! The location is great, the staff is super kind and polite… we loved the place so much that we extended 2 more nights… I believe that cover everything :) highly recommended! The room is amazing, clean and renovated. The rooftop has one of the most breathtaking view - have a drink and watch the sunset - it is incredible.

We spent just a couple of nights here but we had a great time.
The staff is incredibly kind and sweet (especially Christina who is a sweetheart and is always available to help).
The rooms are big, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom is really nice and brand new.
The rooftop bar is wonderful and at night you can have drinks made by Effie who is also very nice.
On the other hand, the underground floor that gets you to the pool doesn't have a pleasant smell and the sun-beds weren't clean (but every other area is very clean).
We didn't really understand the concept of throwing the toilet paper in the bin but i believe it's a common thing in Crete.
We can only suggest to maybe give a small kit for the kitchen (like dish soap, salt and sugar).
But overall it was an excellent hotel.

Really good location just a 2 min walk from the beach and just behind the main road full of resturants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really nice roof top bar where they make some good cocktails ;)
