Very beautiful place a truly amazing experience :
Pros:
-the reception is very polite friendly and helpful I've never seen any hotel treat costumers so friendly and greet them ! Especially the morning receptionist!!!
-the room is huge
-the hotel and the room is very clean
-the food is great
- the servers were also very polite and friendly
-it is beautifully decorated truly amazing, also loved the fireplace it gives a lot of vintage vibes
-the price is nice for what they offer you
-the place is warm and cozy
-the hotel is located near the center and is
really close towards the lake of Ioannina
Cons:
-Our bathtub couldn't be filled with water because of a plumbing issue
-The lamp outside had an issue

As an unpredicted 2 night stay after being stranded due to Ferry strikes to Corfu was one of the cheaper options.
Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was a little old-fashioned but Clean and tidy, with new modernised bathroom, fridge, smart TV and air-conditioning.
Continental breakfast included was more than adequate, politely served to table due to COVID measures.
Near to town centre, shops, restaurants etc.. private on-site parking a huge bonus.
It suited our needs and we had no complaints.

Perfect location. Cleanliness is fine.
But the bed is too hard and not comfortable to sleep on. The pillow is just really bad that I decided to use my clothes as a pillow.. which is my first time doing it.
It’s good for a night stay to walk around the city. Wouldn’t choose here if staying longer than that.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, free parking space, friendly staff and they allowed our pet. On the contrary old bath, really needs renovation, and the mattress hurt my back.
