Great resort in a quiet area with a private beach with free sun loungers, beach bar and swimming pool
Rooms were nice and spacious, housekeeping stuff was friendly and always wanted to help with anything
Positives include good pool areas, attractive reception and lounge area, nice private beach area. Negatives include - this is not a 5 star hotel but more like a 4 star
A lovely big resort with great choices of food and activities. The rooms felt a little bit tired, with mould in the bathrooms, we did go end of season but probably could do with a little bit of TLC
There were always enough sun chairs both at the pool and the beach! A total recommendation if you look for a family vacation!
We had a great stay at the Pilot Beach Resort. We had a family room, which was very spacious and had a separate kids room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
The beach was just wonderful and easy to reach and I really appreciated that there was a life guard , since some days there were quite some waves (in the fun way)
The food selection is my favourite bit about this hotel, it tastes so good!! It has so much different varieties of food, and i love how it’s all connected in one building with a rooftop pool and bar, and right next to the private beach
Pools and pool bars and all pool staff👌🏻👌🏻
What they don’t tell you when you’re booking the holiday is if you’re not staying for more than seven days you can’t book any of the other restaurants so its buffet only
The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here
to be fair we found the buffet very good with a wide variety of choice (we only had one afternoon where we weren’t 100% satisfied)
We stayed All inclusive option mainly because we took our little boy
All inclusive doesn’t really mean “All Inclusive” you have to pay extra for silly little things that anywhere else would be included (I’m not going to moan on because on a whole everything was great)
I am writing this review as we wait for our transfer to the airport after spending 10 incredible days at Rhodes Bay & Spa, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives
Pool & Beach The pool area was nice, but it could get quite busy, especially with children around
A short path leads to the pool bar for snacks and drinks, and then down to a grassy area and the beach. Plenty of loungers and parasols there, charged at €4 per person per day
Staff & Service Reception staff could be a little frosty at times, but to be fair, they were helpful whenever we needed something. Everyone else around the hotel was lovely — cheerful, chatty, and always ready to help
It’s officially rated four stars, and we chose the all-inclusive option this time for a completely hassle-free break — we usually go half-board or self-catering
First Impressions & Location The hotel is in a good spot — right by the coast and just off the main high street, so shops, restaurants, and bus stops are all within easy walking distance
there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you can save a lot of money this way and avoid being treated badly by the two wait staff mentioned who seemed to treat guests differently depending on what board they booked
SPECIAL THANKS goes to Despina working at the beach bar, her smile and friendly attitude made our stay so special! Also big thanks to Demetra from the Greek restaurant, very professional approach towards the clients
Food, drinks, service/staff = excellent
Facilities need updating - the rooms, pool area and Sun loungers were not of 5* quality and not child-friendly (sharp, broken edges around pool etc)
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for our stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the incredible activities offered by the hotel
Staff very friendly and happy-first time to Greece-because of the resort/staff we will be returning-We stayed in “The Villa” and it was absolutely amazing.
Polite and friendly staff. Great room and comfy bed, loved the balcony with sea view. Meal options were tasty and varied.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sun and surf every day
The main pool had a very shallow end making it great for the little ones in addition to the dedicated kids pools. The only minor improvement is that we noticed that the pool area wasn’t cleaned daily
We have just booked to come again in 2026 which will be around our 18th holiday to this hotel. We have always loved coming here. The changes that have been made over the last few years are huge
The team at the Greek restaurant helped surprise my husband with a birthday cake on our first night too. My sons loved the water slides and pool and the evening entertainment was fun
Our favourite was the white party disco. Although the location is remote and there isn’t a lot to do in the local area the hotel is big enough without feeling trapped. We would definitely visit again
The food is very good and better than a lot of 5 star resorts we have visited. The A’la carte Greek and Asian restaurants are amazing with the food and service excellent
There were pool toys and leaflets left there for days but this is something that can be easily addressed. Overall this was a fabulous trip in a modern hotel
There is plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained throughout the day even if the weather isn't great, so a perfect spot, even out of peak season
Where to start? From the very first email correspondence with an agent named Magda, I knew this was going to be a special vacation. The care, concern, and hospitality were present from those first exchanges
, the manager of Enoteca - whose name may have been Pantelis, Isabella at either Fresca or Flavors, were just a few. We had the pleasure of meeting Peter, manager at Guest relations who assisted us in many ways
Really, there are so many accolades to give this resort, every category is a five (1-5) But I will focus on staff. Each morning, you can't pass an employee who does not greet you with a 'kalimera
' I would mention the names of every wonderful encounter - but there were so many. Even the guys who took our luggage to the room set the tone with their welcome
And so many workers at the bars were friendly and fun to chat with. Alexandros at the pool bar was terrific. This is the best all inclusive resort I've ever been to. Highly recommended and I can't wait to go back!
Lots of space for a family (ample wardrobe space, two bathrooms etc ) - Beautiful location with it being right on the beach
Great hotel, right on the beach. Variety of food and drinks on all inclusive. Facilities very clean including spacious rooms and good pools
Would highly recommend the Arina Beach Hotel
- Attentive and friendly staff - Photos on the hotel's site are highly accurate so give a good sense of what to expect - Great facilities and very clean (children being able to use the indoor, heated pool between 10 and 1 was particularly good for families) - Would highly recommend booking a maisonette with a private pool
We loved our stay at the Arina Beach resort. After 3 weeks travelling around Europe, it was amazing to relax at an all inclusive resort. The staff were great and the food and drinks was better than we expected
I’m currently staying at the hotel and overall, I’m enjoying my time here. There are plenty of pools for kids, which is great for families, and there are also pools designated for adults only
The beach - forget it , it is sand (rough) and single and you need to climb over very slippery rocks to enter the sea
First holiday abroad in 8 years and chose Akti Beach club due to a wedding we were attending. Overall the hotel is OK but the rooms really let it down and also the attitude of some of the staff wasn't great
Nice resort food was good with plenty of choice drinks were ok. Entertainment in adults only bar was shocking. Double room was nice but very small. Family rooms around the pool were big but very noisy
We began our holiday waiting in reception in a long queue in the early hours of the morning for a golf buggy to take us to our rooms…over 45 minutes! Shown to our rooms - we stayed in the adult only section with shared pool, Rooms were next door to each other and we were a family of 4
Beach is horrible, once was enough! Entertainment is poor at ampitheatre and we encountered a huge cockroach, drinks in paper cups. Adult only section is better with glasses, waiter service and bowl of crisps supplied
Food not great, chinese every night, where was the greek food? Seafood restaurant was horrible especially the first starter. Some nice puddings at lunch time
Great food, friendly staff, drinks are amazing and the bar staff takes their time to prepare them, beautiful beach and the spa was very relaxing. My daughter and I enjoyed our facials!
We were very lucky to revieve an upgrade on our room which had a pool!
The massage here was really good. I was treated by Albora, she was very friendly and polite, and the massage was perfect. The products smell amazing. Highly recommended!!!
I visited the spa with my daughter for the Cretan masssage. We both thouroughly loved this and would recommend. Albora is very good.
We booked a different hotel and really didn’t feel comfortable so found this place and transferred here the same night of check in
Very nice hotel and facilities. Staff extremely friendly Spa and Massage recommended. Albord did an excellent massage. Thanks!
Incredible hotel for families. Rooms are in need of updating but the facilities and food is outstanding. Lovely experience and Kennedy and Anna by the pool are amazing hosts.
We have had another fabulous stay at Sani Resort and can highly recommend it. We stayed at the Sani Beach Hotel in a seaview room
We had breakfast most days in Verandah, once in Amos and Grill by the pool. Andreea the guest relations was very pleasant and will help with any problems that may arise
The main reason we go repeatedly to Sani Beach is the staff. Go you won’t be disappointed
We personally loved the Veranda and Poseidon Restaurants within the Sani Beach Hotel itself, the food was lovely and varied. The staff at both restaurants created such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
This is our 5th holiday here - 10 days of indulgence. The hotel Sani Beach is always welcoming, the staff go beyond your expectations from the moment you arrive to the sad time when you are leaving
It was the perfect way to end a fun-filled day at the park. The Disney shows made us feel like we were part of the story — everything was colorful, fun, and full of joy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations
The amenities were top-notch — especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights of our trip was the Cuban show in the evening
The music, dancing, and energy were simply unforgettable! The performers were so talented, and the vibrant costumes and live band created such a lively, authentic Caribbean vibe
the quality of the food is not great, and even the themed restaurants are serving food which is not good! the Rinela has had a great face lift and the sea is delightful, whilst we were there it was so windy and the life guards were excellent at keeping a watch
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail
The sun loungers are luxurious and comfortable, with plenty availability, and the views of the sea are beuatiful
Main hotel bar has evening entertainment with acts on a few nights and piano music or Greek nights, plenty of options for top branded drinks and cocktails, bar staff always attentive, shout out to Cristof who looked after us all week
All Inclusive with Black card , gives access to all evening Al a Carte restaurants, Asian, The Grill and Le Etoile which can all be booked on hotel app easily, also Al a Carte lunch in Gondola Bar / restaurant
It seems that someone though about all the small details to make this hotel stand out from the rest. It has a very nice private beach and a cool architectural design with many small buildings where our room was
From check in to check out, there was nothing not to like about this hotel, 1st class service over all the areas of the resort
Stayed in the Adults only area, accomodation was Junior suite, with pool access and pool bar area, where Carlosos looks after you very well
The pool area caught the sun all day and was lovely and secluded, although the pool itself was a little chilly! The sea was much warmer to swim in
Weather is continually breezy varying to strong gusty so ideal for wind surfing. Water sports available on beach. Sunbeds on beach around €20/day. Beach is coarse white sand in the main
So many chapels on a tiny island its amazing !!!
Then rested before heading back for more fun at the pool and beach. Later we again had the amazing lobster linguini and chicken souvlaki and lots more house wine
Clean, comfortable, right by beach. Staff ok but not very smiley or communicative. Breakfast selection excellent but seating rather chaotic at times
The beach is right opposite and across the road, almost as you walk out of the hotel and enter the beach. Definitely recommended to all
We loved the place for its staff, services and excellent location. Also has a bus stop at its entrance, the rent-a-car or motorcycle place is also close by
After a good BIG FAT GREEK Breakfast we climbed up the mountain to get a better view of the place, then saw the windmill and chapel
Excellent hotel! Delicious food. Pools with sea water. Children's swimming pool. Excellent service throughout the hotel. Animation for children is very interesting. The playground is big. I recommend the hotel.
I stayed at Grecotel Lux Me Kos with my partner for a holiday, and we checked out just yesterday. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing stay; the rooms were perfectly fine—comfortable and clean, with everything we needed
As it was the very beginning of the season, not all of the facilities were fully operational, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t really bother us as we were looking for a quiet and laid-back getaway
What truly made our stay special was the staff, so a big thank you to the reception team who were always incredibly helpful and happy to assist us with any information we needed
While sitting at the pool Lope made sure that you didnt go thirsty, something very well appreciated in the burning sun! It was amazing
A very special mention goes to Iren, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay—she was always there for us and responded to all our requests immediately and with such kindness, truly making a difference to our experience
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We enjoyed a large selection of food, great variety and quality. The beach and pool were so convenient. We loved everything but most of all the staff, lovely, lovely people.
The property is huge with lovely well kept garden areas. There are plenty of different areas to sunbathe or just to sit out &relax. As it’s on the beach, you are spoilt for choice
It was a little disappointing that the pool was with salt water. All and all we enjoyed our stay very much
Hard to fault this idelic hotel. Staff attentive and welcoming. Had a few requests which were dutifully carried out and provided extra amenities. Rooms were clean, meals were tasty and had a variety
They advised us on some great excursions and helped us arrange car hire. There is a variety of high quality food. The beach is clean and safe and both indoor and outdoor pools were warm and inviting
A great stay and even explored the nearby marina and got the shuttle into visit old town one morning. Hats off Kontokali credit where credit is due
The room has a great view, the breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of fruits, salads and other foods, there are multiple outdoor swimming pools, and the elevator goes directly to the beach.
Perfect location
Seawater swimming pool with possibility of private swimming pool
Pleasant funicular to go down to the beach
Very satisfactory stay
Stayed as part of a four-stop, family, holiday. Really liked the hotel, the location and the facilities. Our two rooms had access to a private pool, which was lovely. The private beach is lovely and not too crowded
We paid a little extra for the superior sea view and the view is breathtaking. Every day good cleaning with fresh towels. well, you don't get that in every good hotel
The workers were very friendly and helpful, specifically Antonia, who would always greet us with a smile and would often recommend us beaches to visit
You can rent a boat for 4 hours and go to Vido island to swim and relax in the clean water, don't go too far, don't waste your time!
We travelled all over Corfu by car and found that the hotels bay is the warmest!
Staff are mostly fine, but don’t really care about guests, at least that’s how we felt when we approached them. Beach is nice, water is clear, pools are fine, sun loungers are very comfortable
I loved every second of the stay in Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel. The staff members were all super friendly and helpful. The food was just excellent - a lot of variety and tasted great
Pools were really clean and pretty, water was not really warm though. Sunbeds are really comfy by the pool, little less by the beach, but they are also nice
Rooms cleaned everyday and to a high standard. Beach towels were provided, shower rooms available after check out. Something on offer all day -aqua aerobics etc. The small water park is a great idea
Then there was the poolside pizza and gyros on offer. You could have everythibg from cocktails to large measure and i mean large measure shorts with a mixer
1st class service from check in/out, bus times, late check out info. Not one bad thing to say about the food. Breakfast had everything you could ask for even onion rings !! Lunch and dinner catered for all foodies
There is a separate adults pool near the main building with its own bar and very swish but you need to spend a minimum of 10 euros to use this facility, maybe a God send during peak season but didn't use it
There are only two small lifts to the floors in the main building and I could imagine in peak season this being a real problem, but no issue when we were there. Cleaners came every day and did their jobs well, no issues
Main pool was good, lots of sunbeds and large separate kids area/pool. Beach was rocky, lots of beautiful fag butts everywhere and not for me I'm afraid
Main lobby very nice, staff all spoke great English and very pleasant. Only eat at the hotel once, we had lunch at the pool one day and the food was expensive but very tasty
Hotel is made up of a couple of blocks, we were in the main hotel block in room 516, suite with a sea view, free upgrade from the hotel which was great
The suite was large and roomy, separate large bedroom with own tv and safe (free to use), large double balcony with stunning views, large living room with own kitchen facility with fridge, etc
The rooms were cozy and we loved walking around the resort. The private beaches and the pool were gorgeous
Absolutely superb hotel with staff who really care. The hotel is spotless, and we stayed in room 742, a beach front Bungalow. Brilliantly designed with breathtaking view. The room was cleaned every day
They’re really beautifully kept and provided a nice option for walking off all the food! The swimming pools were cold at this time of year and the hammam wasn’t working and you couldn’t access the sauna unless you paid for a treatment at the spa which were priced very high
The food here is good but my one definite complaint is the ridiculous rule about MEN ONLY have to wear shoes at dinner…utterly ludicrous you have a room full of men in gym shoes rather than some smart sandals
This is an antiquated and ridiculous rule that needs to be changed ASAP. Special mention also to Nikki at the pool bar who was utterly fantastic- a really caring individual who loves her job a was a joy to be around
The whole resort is spotless and the staff are attentive but not overbearing. Special mention to Victor in the older kids club who was full of enthusiasm and really cared about his job
