It’s extremely challenging if you encounter another vehicle from the opposite direction. The amenities are lacking. Alistos is a beautiful hotel nearby Gytheio and in a great location to explore Mani while being in a serene location by the nature. I highly recommend it especially if you are looking for some quite time and relaxation. The rooms and service is great and I really hope to visit again soon!!

Just got back from an incredible week at the Belvedere resort. The hotel was beautiful — clean rooms, plenty of pools, and loads of activities for all ages. This place reflects its place. Humble, kind and generous. The rooms are well appointed without being pretentious. It is nestles in the hills above a small quaint beach town. Yet has the quiet sophistication of being our a small city. A reasonable drive from much Greek history - great location to day trip from.

A great 3 night stay at this quaint hotel. We were originally booked to stay somewhere else but when that didn't happen we booked into the Dias, so glad we did. The staff, Kostas and Angie were so helpful in giving suggestions on the area and places to eat. If we return to Nafplio will definitely stay here again.

A good value in a semi premium class for a resort town sort of setting and surrounding area. Facility has some wear over the decades if you look closely (as many places do), but it proved a solid choice. Well located in old town and still possible to park. Wonderful property overlooking the promenade and a great view of the water castle of Bourtzi. Shopping and Tavernas are plentiful and an easy walk. We have been here a few times and glad to say it hasn’t changed. Right by the sea, you can swim and use the hotel’s paddle boards. The rooms are very comfortable, and the food is freshly cooked and delicious. The hotel is all that is good about holidays in Greece. We had the most relaxing stay at Lido Hotel In Melissi, Xylokastro on the Corinthian Gulf. The staff were exceptional, always there to assist with our questions and offer recommendations. Nothing was ever a problem. The place is a 3 star hotel but punches above its weight. Super clean, and I mean spotless! A pool, a private beach albeit small but it never felt overcrowded. This was one of our favourite places we stayed during our trip around the Peloponnese. A minute walk to the beach, and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. A great hotel with warm friendly staff, there is a gym with a running machine, bike and a weights machine, awesome food, 1min walk from the beach, excellent food at breakfast, its family run, its super family friendly if you have young kids, its a great base and amazing value for money, no stress at all. Staying at Hotel Ilion is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff cleans them every day and they change the towels in the bathroom every other day. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The staff is amazing from the receptionist, Maria, to the young lady, Nectaria, at the breakfast room and the nice cleaners.

Autumn Holiday October 2023 The welcome was delightful.Dimitris the owner was most helpful before our stay & answered all our questions. Room was cleaned daily, towels changed every other day same with bed linen. Breakfast buffet had variety& food was always fresh. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious.
