The moment we walked into our beautiful room on the ground floor, we felt at home! The hostess is very kind and took the time to make sure we understood how to manage the lights and hot water switches. The location is excellent - right on the edge of a small green space next to the fortress wall, overlooking the sea. We only wish we could have spent more time in there to enjoy our room!

We had the most incredible summer vacation at Niriides resort! We love coming back to Hotel Mike where Rendi greets us so warmly each visit. George who has taken over from his father Mike is efficient if less friendly but all the staff are lovely. We rented 3 rooms for our party of 5 to attend the Epidavros Theatre on 6 August 2022. The rooms were simple yet well appointed, very clean and we all had sea views! The location had easy parking and great views over the bay. It's a bit of a walk into town, but doable. The rooms were dated, but comfortable enough. We spent 10 days here. Everything was nice except the rooms - too small. Everything is small - the room, the bathroom and a terrace. Stuff is very polite, they clean room daily and change the bed sheets and towels. Location is perfect - sandy beach is just across the street.

A good hotel to spend a few nights next to the beach of Kalamata. It is in front of the sea and rather cheap. Only drawback is the old styled bedrooms that could bother some, but it is really clean nonetheless. The host is really nice and helpful.

Rooms and premises are ok if you're not too picky or too "vanilla". The location is great since it's just 6 meters from the beach and away from bars (so it's quiet enough). It could be cleaner but that does not include the bathroom and bed which (which are very clean). Overall, a nice experience

Beautiful views, lovely property offering everything you would need. Only problem was total lack of signs on property. Sign just says Villa Plus on a very very small sign on a public lamp post. Eventually after a couple if hours git hold of local rep who we met up nearby and he showed the way. Really must get a villa name plate on the actual gate at the main entry!

The staff at Hotel Ostria were so pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was plentiful and continental. The hotel is located right across the road from the beach with many bars and tavernas in short walking distance. We also walked into Kalamata centre which took about 20 minutes. The room was clean but balcony a 2ft strip overlooking a side street . Although plenty of bed side lights no switches to turn on giving a very dim view in room .no minibar no milk sachet for coffee . Great location with friendly and hospitable staff. Location is right across from the beach. Having the hotel breakfast across the road from the hotel was a memorable and great way to start the day. The hotel is really quaint with wonderful views. The staff is amazing helped me with the suitcases. The breakfast was very lavish for €13. There are stairs though to navigate but great location, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The hotel and room were absolutely fine. The location posed a bit of a problem related to parking. The hotel did their best to provide us with instructions and advice on where to park, but it was still a bit of a headache. Once we were parked and checked in, everything was lovely.

Great service and delicious breakfast

It was a fairly average B&B experience. There was no elevator, so large boxes needed to be carried manually. However, the room was clean and the balcony had a great view.

Access was very convenient when arriving from the North. The neighbourhood felt a bit dodgy, but it turned out to be great and within a few minutes walk of the city center and great food. The staff were helpful in all ways and provided excellent suggestions for eating options.

Cheap and cheerful. The owner is very friendly and it was nice to chat to him about Greek football. It is a bit of a walk from the nicer parts of the town but not too far, room was clean.

The exterior of the hotel looks old but the room is actually renovated and well-maintained. Family run business. The owner is honest and helpful with providing all instructions. I think it is a great value given the affordable price. The KTEL bus stop to Athens is also just right across the street.

We were staying in Kardamyli and called the night before to ask if they could do a Spa Day as the weather was going to be awful.
