We had a nice stay overall, especially thanks to the great staff — they were truly friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and lovely, and our kids enjoyed the mini club and entertainment activities a lot. The beach is also within walking distance (around 10 minutes), which was a plus.

The hotel's small supermarket was very convenient and well-stocked.

However, there were also some downsides. The hotel is quite isolated, which made it harder to explore the area. Our room felt very outdated — there were no sockets near the bed and none at all in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. While the internet in our room worked well, the overall comfort could be improved.

The food at the restaurant was average at best. Both breakfast and desserts lacked flavor, and it was disappointing that drinks are chargeable after 11 p.m., even though we had an all-inclusive package.

In short: great staff, clean pool, and family-friendly activities — but the rooms and food could use some updating.

Okay so this one was a miss at the beginning not what I thought at all the room is very basic the beds unless you ask for a mattress topper it's not the best of beds you get 2 single beds pushed together you get a small table each side of the bed and a bath with a shower but your not aloud baths that's why there's no plugs either for the sink or the bath as I asked for one they said your not aloud baths so confused of why they have them there's no plug sockets next to the bed there's one by the table at the bottom of the bed and theres one by the frence doors that lead out to the balcony next the food ain't great I lived off fruit and bread but I got a car hire for 4 days it cost €165 witch is just over £140 for 4 days of hire bargain so we are out a lot since I complained about the room and the rudeness from some of the staff they sent up a bottle of prosecco don't get me wrong I'm more of a beer and whisky kinda guy but it's the thought that matters right there's a mini market that's also inside the hotel sells everything from t-shirts to bottle openers to only one sort of beer which was Corona they have a couple different types of redbulls and monsters they sell British chocolates and lays crisps to shampoos and mouthwash even though I was all inclusive we ate out every day because of the food wastent that good if you like pizza great download Efood app and there's only 1 place that'll deliver but the pizza was lovely if your looking for somewhere with Entertainment at night time or during the day you won't really find it here plus when there was Entertainment I didn't start until 9:45 p.m. then it wasn't the best or it just wouldn't happen don't get me wrong I'd go back Rhodes but I wouldn't go back to the hotel

Nice Hotel, rooms a Little basic maybe it was the package we bought. Location was 10mins from faliraki. With the scooters wasn't too bad would hire a Scooter or car ideally. Local walks are lovely. Pool was nice and staff were friendly and engaing but not in your face. Breakfast was Ok as far as all you can eat ones go.

This was our first visit to this lovely hotel and we enjoyed it. The highlight for us is definitely the beautiful pool. It’s never too busy, making it perfect for me to relax. There are always sunbeds available, no matter what time of day, which really adds to the relaxed, wonderful atmosphere.

The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping from Ukraine, and a special thanks to nice lady Georgia who works in the cafeteria, and she was always around with a smile and happy to help. We had an amazing time in the pool every day — we could hardly get out of it!
The rooms are updated since our current stay, and the bathrooms are a big improvement — so clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk to local Mini Market and the beach Ladiko Bay. You do need to cross and walk along a main road, but it’s manageable and didn’t bother us.

Food is nice. Food options are great - the fresh fruit is always good and plentiful, and poolside facilities such as the bar and restaurant serving a variety of well cooked dishes.
Overall, this hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is especially great for families with kids. Thank you to all the team for wonderful stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect close to everything you need, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options. A special shoutout to Joey, who was incredibly nice and helpful he really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I’d definitely stay here again!

After reading the reviews we were worried but we really didn't have to be. We had a great stay here, the staff were lovely, the grounds and pool great and the location was perfect for us. The food was varied and for the money it's hard to complain. It would be good to have tea or coffee facilities in the room and rather than 2 vehicle rental desks maybe one and a tour booking desk would have been better.
If you want a party holiday then this is probably not the hotel for you but it's peaceful, relaxing with access to the beach and a bus service to Falaraky and Rhodes town if needed
Overall a great stay and we are even thinking about coming back next year.and bringing our family with us

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at food disgusting ended up with food poisoning. Rooms weren’t clean or cleaned very well at all. Pool turned a dark green colour after 2 days. All inclusive drinks they were missing vodka most of the time. Air conditioning unit in room was from the 60’s

Our trip to Rhodes and Cathrin Hotel was good. We were a bit worried because of the reviews but it wasn't that bad. The only thing we were disappointed with was the room. The best in this hotel is staff, always welcoming and friendly, helpful. Great and helpful lady in the reception speaking Polish

I can only agree with all the negative comments made in the previous review. I had 3 nights in this awful hotel. I did not let my child enjoy the pool since it looked yellowish from the balcony. We had aunts in our room. The towel don’t get changed even if you let them on the floor, should be a hint, no? The beds are from WWII. The AC was just not working right. Plus for some reason my make-up was gone missing from the bathroom. I didn’t want to make a big deal but that tells me you can’t trust the stuff. When I told the front desk the lady just looked at me and made a phone call and that was it, no apology. We looked at the breakfast area and we literally left in less than a minute. It looked just dirty. Anyway be smart and book another hotel.

The rooms are minimal, but enough for a vacation. The downside is that it was very hot and the walls were getting like hell, making it impossible to sleep at night. During the day it was very difficult to stay in the room. The cleaning service consists in changing the towels and lifting the trash, no cleaning the floor or the bathroom. The meals were buffet type, so plenty, but it tasted like a cafeteria food, no flavor and very similar every day. They gave us just a key per room and the card slot for power in the room was broken, barely hanging on the wall. The sink was leaking. The hotel was very far away from any store or bars or other attractions. What was a perk is that Anthony Quinn Bay is just 1 mile away, so we walked to it. There is a rent a car agency in the hotel, very affordable, so we've managed the distance between objectives easily. The beer was free of charge at the bar, all day long. It was a big plus for my friends 🤣
