We stayed at Matoula Beach for a week in early October. Initially we were allocated a very small room. When we mentioned this to reception, we were transferred to a lovely spacious pool view room. The hotel had a pleasant relaxed atmosphere, and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. A really comfortable stay - and highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at matoula beach...our second holiday here and was as good as the first one. We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Room was basic but had everything you need, only minus point was the shower that was very small and the curtain didn’t stop the overflowing and the bathroom got all wet. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. But the thing that made our time there extra special…the staff . We enjoyed a week in October at the hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. There are three pools to choose from and a beach a 6 minute walk away which was fine for snorkeling. Rhodes city is a half an hour by bus or you can take a boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Incredible room w a hot-tub (sea view). Staff were very polite and friendly, especially the receptionist! Pool area was GORGEOUS. Reception were also great help with any issues. Not a child friendly resort - aimed at young couples and friends. Wouldn’t recommend Prestige Travel transfers into old town, go with the local buses as they are a lot cheaper and more reliable.
