Recently stayed at mitsis faliraki from 28th Oct - 4th Nov. As a family but for our honeymoon. Greeted by Nikos on arrival who helped show us our room and take up our cases. This was my first experience of an all-inclusive hotel with my two children and it did not disappoint. The children loved the huge variety of food in the restaurant and visited the snack bar daily. we stayed 8 days AI and what can we say. Staff were amazing couldnt fault them, clean restuarant and main areas. We stayed on 4th floor and the carpets were filthy, lighting poor very dim, a small lift bear in mind too. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet part of the sea front and only 4 miles from the old town but be prepared to pay anything from €15-20 for a taxi, a bus is slightly cheaper. Was at this hotel for one week and cant be more happy with my holiday. The location and scenery was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and polite from start to finish especially the reps (sabi and maja) who conducted the activities making them fun and inclusive to all. Really nice complex, with direct and easy beach access. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere, as the complex is not too crowded. Service and stuff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the rooms is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear. Still, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, so we enjoyed staying in ours. Overall, highly recommend.

Pure holiday vibes! The hotel was gorgeous and super clean, with palm trees, a sparkling pool, and the perfect atmosphere to unwind. The staff were lovely and always smiling, the food was mouth-watering, and the drinks were delicious (and nice and strong!). Our stay was short – just under three days – but it was enough to fall in love with this place. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
