Have stayed in the Plaza many times usually for just one night in transit to a ferry to the islands. Is a perfect location and hotel for this kind of stay.

Convenient location, clean and with kind staff.

The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.

Expensive experience but is it really worth it if guests shout in the night and beach service is unfriendly. On my arrival the very nice man taking my luggage took the time looking at my photos frommy previous hotel where I told him that I got the same room for nearlyhalf the price, where children were allowed and with no private beach. Great relaxing holiday - a bit out on its own, but everything you need onsite. You get what you pay for with this hotel. For people my age (20s) and if you want a party holiday it is completely ideal. Round the corner is a strip of bars and clubs open till 5am. It was so fun! Not a bad hotel, the food provided is great but this hotel has shortcomings that you should be aware of. Do not use the rental car service offered in this hotel. Yes, it’s cheap, but for a reason. Filmar has the most helpful, friendly, caring staff. My husband became unwell during our holiday which means we had to look for a place for him to rest when he got discharged from the hospital. Lovely hotel placed one beautiful beach with great view, The hotel have two main pools and another one in the spa, three restaurants (Greek, Italian and the last one I don't remember), The Entertainment team is amazing there is a unique show every day in the evening along with activities during the day for kids and adults. The potential of the hotel is amazing, being situated on the west beach of Fanes, all the rooms facing the sea, some of which have private pools. If you look at the pictures on the hotel site, you can see the amenties, like the glass room gym, the dining room, all facing the sea. The resort is amazing right beside the sea with amazing sunsets. The rooms and pools are great. Staff at reception are very aggressive and often having an agreement with each about things in front of guests. Food isn't 5star level, more like 2 or 3. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help when there was an issue with my booking. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were big. There was a lovely pool space and rooftop bar. The location was fantastic as it is right next to the beach.

Dusty bedframe. I could see the dust in the bedframe because the madrass wasent as wide as the bedframe. It dident feel so nice. Very loud noice from the hallway from other people that went to the rooms.

For high needs people maybe this hotel is bad, but for me it was really nice place, close to the center and all attractions, room got cleaning almost everyday. Stuff at the reception was the nicest.
