Wow, what a view! We spent 2 nights in the double room which was much bigger than it looked online. We upgraded on the last night to the suite with the private jacuzzi and this was MORE than worth the cost (which I think they could charge double what they charge for this room). A truly great hotel with views to match. The staff were extremely helpful, weather is was at breakfast or asking for directions or helping with our luggage they were always very helpful. Reasonable fare for airport pickup. Very flexible arrangement for key pickup, drop-off and bags storage after check-out. A hub within a hub (Fira) and then off to anywhere else with no carry-on burden for my single day trip at Santorini. Nick is super helpful and friendly!

Room was modern and cute. They even gave us a free upgrade. They cleaned the room and gave us new towels everyday. The location is amazing. Only a short walk- 2 minutes to main street and 5-minute walk to the ocean. The hotel itself, however, is in a small quiet street. We slept peacefully for 2 nights without any noise or disturbances.

Continental breakfast was lovely. Always looked forward to it. The cleaning service was spot on, our room always smelt nice and fresh and clean. There is air condition which probably helps in the height of summer but we didn't use it when we stayed in October. We loved our stay and if we come back, will probably stay here again.

We arrived and the reception was closed and had no way to contact them but a local managed too but we had to wait 20 min in the cold.
