The shower had great water pressure also. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and helpful. From reservations to towels to teaching language

We visited Santorini recently with 10 other family members for our niece's wedding. El Greco was our hotel of choice. Great decision!! The complex is outstanding, with several beautifully maintained pools and surrounds

We spent quite a few evenings in Fira, with us only about 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel. The choice of restaurants overlooking the Caldera is brilliant. I figure in the peak tourist period, best to book

We were OK for a walkin being there Oct 1-5. We caught the bus from Fira to Oia, takes around 30 minutes or so. OMG, the views are exceptional, once in a lifetime

Great location there’s 4 levels and 4 pools so you can get a spot by it. It’s located right on the cliff so you can have a view of the sunset uninterrupted

Breakfast is included it the room rate, and although not a five star buffet, the breakfast was OK, especially sitting outside overlooking the main pool area

The property is a typical small boutique hotel. Limited rooms, but great location. Staff, particularly Mia were great!

However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund

Nice hotel, well located, unfortunately the pool service was poor, the bar tender never was paying attention to the customers at the pool. Hard time to order something from the bar

 We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are.  Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town

The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are impeccably cleaned daily. Its location is also very convenient, close to several attractions in the center of the island.

It is suitable for friends to spend a vacation

View is amazing! Large breakfast which is included. Lunch/dinner from the restaurant also very good. The hotel is away from the center of fira which was great. Free shuttle to Fira for shopping and restaurants

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing and we enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was spectacular; the views were amazing, the food at the hotel was also amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon.

I'll definitely recommend it to my friends; it's the best spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, I absolutely loved it. The breakfast was also very plentiful, but we had to get up early to take photos

This hotel was perfect for us! Only 1 flight of stairs that she used one time a day and that was to leave for outings. Otherwise the pool, restaurant/bar was on the same level as our room

From the moment we arrived at Santorini Palace Hotel, we knew we were in for something special but nothing could have prepared us for the level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care we received from the staff

The room we had effectively had a private pool and was exceptionally clean with great air conditioning and also looked brand new

This is an exceptional property, do not hesitate to book Santorini Palace

The gym is ok but some of the machines are a bit outdated and rusty. Small negative things: the one young worker that was at the restaurant and pool bar needs some training on social skills or maybe costumer service

We had a lovely view of the sunset right outside of our room or just across the street from the hotel! The hotel was located very close to the city of Fira which was a hub to get to other cities via public transportation (ie Public Bus)

We booked a Caldera view … didn’t realise that also overlooked the road so if we stay again I’ll book a non-Caldera view. No hesitation in recommending this hotel

Amin went above and beyond every day. He took the time to teach us fun Greek phrases, recommended the most delicious food and drinks (every single one was spot on!), and made us feel completely at home

This hotel was beautiful, short walking distance to everything. MAGGIE, the poolside bartender was absolutely fantastic and made our stay. She is lovely. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

He even gave me a towel every day I went to the gym so I wouldn’t have to pay for one every time. He also made sure I got my laundry the same day. It’s these “little” details that make a place memorable

The facilities are to a very high standard and our bungalow was clean and spacious. The only drawback was that the self catering facilities were limited. There was a hob and fridge in the house but no microwave or oven

We are very happy to recommend this resort to those who want a high quality resort a little away from the hustle and bustle of Fira at rates that are very competitive compared to the caldera side complexes

We stayed here in early December, in the off-season. The hospitality was exceptional

Very beautiful hotel, lots of stairs so if you have bad knees probably not for you. We arrived and the reception was closed and had no way to contact them but a local managed too but we had to wait 20 min in the cold

Kostas was very helpful and helped guide us through everything a tourist would need and more. This isn’t something you’d get at an ordinary hotel and I think that’s what made this experience so much more elevated

The hotel itself was very clean. The pool wasn’t set up because we came in the off season and the winds are too crazy to be outdoors much as is. The breakfast was simple but yummy and got the job done

The room's location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Fira town, just a 3-4 minute walk away. Contacting the hotel in advance ensured a bellhop would bring your luggage from the shuttle point to your room

First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants

The manager Evaggelia was soo nice and accommodating from our email correspondence to meeting in person! The hotel was very nice, definitely pleasantly surprised! Our room window view was perfect for sunrise and sunset, great pool and bar area and cute breakfast room with traditional Greek breakfast

Unbeatable caldera view and excellent location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants though many were closed in low season. Only negative is the poorer condition of the shower.

We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year! I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference

The location is OK, the hygiene is average, the facilities are average, the breakfast is very poor, and there were multiple power outages during the two nights.

breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅 swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool

You can sit on the sunbed and taste the wine brewed by their own winery. Breakfast needs to be selected one day in advance and handed over to the front desk. There are not too many choices but the taste is good

Very central location, only have to walk up the stairs from the hotel and you’re on the main strip. Perfect! Also there is a small shared pool area which is perfect and wasn’t ever busy whilst we were there

The location is incredible with 10/10 views of the caldera and the sunsets (no need to go to a special spot or restaurant to see the sunset when your accommodation is this good)

The hotel was clean and very close to all the restaurants and shops. The main bus stop and taxi area all all within a 5 min walk. We loved our stay and sure to be back sometime in the future

I could see how the location could be very noisy during high season as it is right in the main plaza but we did not have anything to complain about during our stay but then again we were there prior to high season

Central and Comfortable Santorini Main Square is ideally located in the middle of Fira, near the main bus station ans minutes from many shops and places to eat

I thought it was a mistake when I got to the location and it was squeezed between a drug store and a souvenir store

Apt. is simply perfect with lovely view and balcony. The breakfasts made by Maria are more than wonderful!! Maria is the sweetest lady and will take care of you. She made our stay the best ever!! We love Maria!!!

The room facilities are very new, the balcony has a great view, the Marina service is very good, the location is in the center of Fira town, very lively, and it is very convenient to go to the volcanic island trails and Chinese restaurants

Nice little touches like drinks and cakes in the fridge for our arrival. Exceeded our expectations and would thoroughly recommend for a short stay
