Hotel was conveniently located near town center. However, there was no nearby parking available, and we had to walk a distance from the nearest public carpark with more available parking lots. The room was spacious for a triple room, but would have been better to have the sink located within the toilet itself instead of it being separated from the toilet (which had the shower and toilet bowl).

This was a last minute booking after our previous stay didn’t work out! We needed a room and booked late, however, the staff at Hotel Hellas was incredibly understanding and even stayed there late in order to accommodate our check in. They welcomed us with drinks, and the manager at the reception was very accommodating. She explained everything about the island, offered us tours to the caldera, and even gave tips on places to visit by car along with other attractions around the island.
