Stayed at Villa Toula and honestly, the highlight wasn’t just the place—it was the host. Such an amazing person! Super friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to organize everything for us. You can really feel the care and attention. Highly recommend staying here if you want a warm, smooth experience in Santorini.

Very good communication with the owner via WhatsApp. The room was very clean, freshly renovated. Clean sheets. Very good quality for the price. Would stay here again!

The place is wonderful and the owner is a cream. Very nice person. We arrived early in the morning and were so tired of our night. We asked to the owner to sleep and he start being very quiet and respect our sleep even if we are clearly not in the position to ask for quiet at 10:00 am :)

Nice room in reasonable money, tiny bathroom but for short stay is ok, extremely helpful English speaking staff, 6 minutes to the bus station (brilliant location!) small terrace with a dryer.

The worst hotel I have stayed so far.
They don’t provide anything I need (water, slippers, toothbrush…)
The room is very small and you can hear every noise outside. The bathroom is small too but the hot water is stable.
The smell in the room is terrible. Just like a smoking room.
Location is great.
If I can choose again I won’t stay here anymore.

We literally had to shower with the toilet, as it was not separate from the shower, flooding the entire bathroom. No service to leave luggage neither before check in nor after check out. The room was small and the location very good.

Excellent location close to everything . Restaurant and shop . Room decent i guess for the price . Very weird bathroom toilet shower almost the same spots . Good things they have a little balcony . No receptionist nobody at the front desk . Have to ask someone call the owner asking for the wifi pw .

Nice room, good spot (everything is just a walk away) and Mr Stelios is very kind and helpful! Enjoyed my stay, highly recommend!

Soo. Room 12. Heating is dead. First floor is out of electricity and this problem is known. You cannot switch it on. Room 14 big and cold. Air heating is bad. Room 16 on the first floor nice and with good heating but 😅 20 min later is black out and no way to switch it on because there is a lock. After that wi fi is down. Owner of this hotel is not answering. Booking.com called him today twice and no response. So we are in cold hole now and hope not to die. If you don't believe me, just book this hotel for 1 night and you will see.

Very nice stay for a double room. The room was decent sized and also came with a private balcony with a table and a drying rack. The price was very reasonable (only around $70). The staff was very friendly and helpful: responded to our question on Facebook, helped us buy a ticket for the volcano tour, and also helped us print our Ryanair boarding pass. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station
