New Haroula in Fira

A really lovely hotel, which feels like a sanctuary from the noisy bustle of Fira, although the location is very central. Simple, lovely room, which was spotless and comfortable. The whole hotel was beautifully cared for, with lovely fruit trees and plants. Helpful staff and the pool was fabulous.

We stayed six days at this hotel. We had two rooms. A double for myself and my wife and another room for the four boys. Haroula the owner was so kind and assisted us in all our needs. She was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff made the rooms spotless every day. The pool was very nice. The location of the Hotel is very good. The hotel is not cheap but its position is worth it. Many hotels in Greece do not have shower screens but have shower curtains, which I hate. Water goes everywhere after a shower. The bathroom is very nice otherwise. I highly recommend, my overall experience is very positive !!! Santorini is an amazing island !!!

We were so thankful for this place! Even tho the view of the water was minimal and the shower drainage struggled a bit, we still loved our stay. Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!

A nice place not far from the city center but a little outdated. Room just right in size with a bathroom also dated from the 70s. The rooms upstairs are only accessible by stairs but some offer beautiful views of the swimming pool. The exteriors are nice.

We stayed in this family running hotel for three nights with my friends and we had a lovely experience. First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants. Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition. It was cleaned everyday. The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience. The pool was big and clean and were enough sunbeds for everyone. The other major asset of this hotel, was its owner mrs Haroula! She was a great host, very friendly and informative. She was caring and making it sure that we would have an unforgettable island experience. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location within walking distance of everything, very comfortable rooms with nice balcony. The pool was lovely too, warm with plenty of loungers. Great air-con also. Rooms kept nice and tidy daily. Maria and Lewis were fantastic hosts.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central to shops & restaurants, 5 minute walk to Fira Town & bus stop, good breakfast, room spacious & cleaned every day, very reasonably priced for 4 night B & B, would highly recommend this to family and friends.
