We found Paradise Resort such a pretty, relaxing and welcoming little hotel. The pool area was comfy and relaxing with padded sofas /chairs and a shaded garden area. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and there were six of us staying for two days. On the day we left early, they thoughtfully packed us a road meal. The biggest plus is its proximity to Fira center, making it within walking distance to major attractions.

The location is convenient, right next to the bus station. It wasn't noisy from the street at night, but there was some noise from what sounded like an air conditioner or generator.

Ideal location; our room was beautiful and comfortable. However, the hotel is not luggage-friendly due to the lack of elevators and abundance of stairs - there were even steps in our room, and no one helped us with our heavy luggage. Soundproofing could be improved, and the room (curtains) could be darker during sleeping hours. But otherwise we enjoyed our hotel experience!

The place was very nice and spacious. The hot tub outside was nice too but there is a restaurant right out front, not much privacy, this was not shown at all in the advertisement of the place. The shower water was also not running smoothly, so you would be showering in a pool of water.

Such a lovely time at Callia. Beautiful, spacious suites with plunge pools and very close walking distance to Fira. Breakfast very good! Christos was an amazing host and treated us like family. We would certainly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to stay in a less hectic area of Fira but close enough to enjoy all that Santorini has to offer.

Had a fabulous 4 night stay at the Kalimera Hotel. Arrived after midnight, greeted by Flora who took lots of time telling us about the island. My husband and I spent a week here for our honeymoon. All the staff are really lovely, and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal, only 10 minutes away from the airport by car and less than a 10 minute walk away from the main strip of Kamari. Me and my husband had a fantastic honeymoon staying at hotel 28! The staff are so considerate and don't let you lift a finger whilst you're staying with them. The hotel is well located and has its own bar/ restaurant/ pool and sun loungers on the beach- turn left or right and there are lots of bars and restaurants either way. Expensive pants that were worn on the same morning went missing. Aries was helpful and tried to help, lady in the front was rude and made it look like we're lying. We did not feel safe and we had to take our stuff in backpacks when we went out. Clean rooms, Aries was very kind and respectful.

Sadly Oia was too hot and too busy (even in September) for us - but the breakfast alone is worth coming back for.

Amazing location - close to Oia. Beautiful, peaceful property - adults only. Anna - the manager was amazing, friendly and helpful. She set us up on a great private car tour to other end of island - driver was Armando - he speaks good English, is friendly and handsome. The breakfasts at the hotel were great. Lots of cats in dining room but there is food put down for them and they were well behaved.

The best place to stay in Santorini. Anna is an absolutely incredible host -she takes the time to sit down and map out the best places to go, eat, and experiences to have. She called us cars, helped with rentals, etc. All around, no better place to stay. Quick walk to Oia, wonderful morning breakfast, clean, and unmatched service.

We had a wonderful time at the Anessis Hotel in Fira. The hotel's location is simply perfect – the bus stations are just a 3-4 minute walk away, providing easy access to all parts of the island. This hotel was in a great location, walking distance from many shops, restaurants and supermarkets in all different directions! The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating…I plan to go back to Santorini next year and will definitely be booking here again!
