Staff is very rude and less communicative The first day I was given 2 keys they came the next to fix the WiFi in our absence and took the second keys with them. I called many time to ask for the keys no answer and left a text message still no respond even when I was leaving i left a good bye message they never responded until now

The Hotel excelled in customer service. They reached out to us before we even got there and asked if we needed to be picket up from the airport. Modern well equipped room. Very clean and housekeeping came everyday to make beds/ change towels. Beds were very comfy. Shower was great- hot and powerful. Lovely roof terraces with great sunset views. Staff were all extremely friendly and very accommodating. There is a safe and mini fridge in the room too.

We were impressed by the elegance and exclusivity of Kivotos Santorini. The volcanic-inspired design and panoramic caldera views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are comfortable, some even with private pools, and the service is warm and personalized. The hotel’s Mavro restaurant offers refined and memorable cuisine. An excellent choice for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

The accommodation was old, and the bathroom and shower were unclean. The blankets were fluffy. There was no hot water. The lights were flickering, but they didn't replace them. The hot tub was warm. The location was good, as it was close to the bus stop. The room was small.

We stayed our last night in Santorini at On The Rocks. The room had a loft bedroom with a window view of the Aegean Sea. The cave pool was fun, and Linda had a facial that she described as the best she’s ever had. The staff was fantastic and accommodating. We had a 3:30 ferry to Crete and they allowed a late checkout and arranged for a taxi to the port. Expect to climb stairs and hills when visiting...

Great service from the time we got picked up from the airport until the time we left. Daily breakfast is a plus, esp the Freddo cappuccino. Walkable to restaurants and a 24 hour market where they serve hot foods to snacks- this was beneficial esp when dealing with jet lag. Quiet and safe area, which is a treat after visiting Oia or Fira. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a great experience to book a vacation with Hotel Marybill, from cleanliness to service it was excellent for us. Staffs were accommodating and breakfast also is delicious. For our second trip to Santorini, me and my wife decided to stay in Kamari at Alesahne for 2 days. The stay was so good that we ended up extending our stay for another day. Great location, nearby to public parking and right at the beach. Amazing staff and the breakfast spread was also good. The rooms and washroom were a bit small, but okay for a short stay. Great experience, will definitely come again

Our room was clean and tidy. The reception staff were incredibly nice and helpful, as were the guys working at the bar! The hotel's location is perfect, just a step away from the sea. The breakfast is very well prepared and delicious. If you like swimming in a pool, there are two clean pools for you, one in the front and one in the back.

Thera Mare is a lovely quiet hotel, ideal for what we were after - somewhere to rest and enjoy some peace and quiet. We stayed for a week and found everything we needed within 10-15 mins walk - shops, restaurants, bars, beach, car/bike hire shops. We stayed at Hotel Lefkothea for 2 nights. Rooms are clean and have a balcony. The room size is not very big but it was comfortable for a family of 3. The hotel is located very close to the beach! The beach is hardly a 2 mins walk and there are a lot of options to eat nearby. The mini-markets are also within walking distance so you don't have to go far looking for day-to-day things that you might need...

The apartment could not have been better situated. It was right in the. Entre of everything. We stayed three nights and found it comfortable for that length of time. Beautiful place Not so clean because the bed couch sheets were dirty. We asked them to change ,but they never did. Breakfast is good. For a 4 star hotel there should be more room service; but we had to carry the drinks instead of them coming and bring the drinks to us. This hotel is amazing! The views are spectacular. The staff are awesome. It’s a quick 10-15 min walk to town where the famous caldera views are. The only thing is the toilet in our room was placed on a super tight corner so one had to sit sideways. Other than that everything was great.
