The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.

The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well

We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year! I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference.

The lady at the snack bar at the pool gets a 100/10. She was the best hospitality ambassador you could ever wish for. She was friendly, energetic, and so helpful. She greeted us with the brightest smile and friendliest ‘hello’

Luxury away from the crowds This was the perfect end to our Greek island hopping holiday. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and we couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. Shower head was broke and the bathtub and shower was very old with a weird shower curtain making it difficult to shower. Old school key ( only had one) that had to be kept in the light switch in order to keep the air conditioning on. If you did though, there was no way to lock your room. We have our holiday in Glaros , is a nice hotel , very quiet close to the beach and close to the restaurants and shops. Swimming pool is little smaller then expected and in the shadow, but very clean . We are GaGa for Gla Gla. Perfect location in the heart of Kamari in walking distance to the seafront and restaurants. Friendly staff that are happy to go the extra mile for you as well. Our highlight was our balcony where we had a pre-dinner drink every evening. Rooms were a bit basic but would gladly go again.
