The location and the sunsets are amazing! Our room was clean and spacious and we got every day free water bottles.

The pool was broken and I couldn't use it. They charge €10 if you leave towels on the floor and don't even give me a warning. They charged me €50 for the towels and for accidentally soiling the bed cover. They simply left a note under the door to go to reception and say I had to pay €50. They demanded cash, and I insisted and would only pay by card and invoice. Other than that, everything went well

We booked the hotel considering the location and the pool, but when we arrived, we were informed that the pool had been closed for over a year! I think this information should be provided at the time of booking, as it makes all the difference.

The hotel's location is superb, situated prominently in the heart of Oia town. The terrace offers panoramic views of the town to the left and right – a truly fantastic vantage point. It's very close to the blue-roofed buildings, and you can enjoy stunning views right from your window. However, I recommend booking a higher-class room for even better views. The breakfast is also a highlight!

Had a nice stay with my mother at the Horizon Resort. We enjoyed both Greek breakfast and service. The stuff at the hotel was polite and friendly, open to do their best to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel is quite nice, around 12min to the beach and 5min to the central bus stop.

Sublime Villas was exactly what we expected from when booking. It offered a quiet and relaxing way to end our vacation in a small village with restaurants, stores and beaches all within walking distance. This is a perfect place for an evening when you want to enjoy a cocktail. I really liked that they had comfortable seats and a beautiful view of the sea, making it an excellent spot to relax. My husband and I loved staying at Tristhenia! We arrived shortly after a dust storm and the owner ensured that the pool and jacuzzi were all clean before we arrived. Bathroom was huge and impressive. Room was nice and decent but only disappointment was the hotel had many honeymoon suites and assigned me with the room which did not have a sunset view. Even upon requesting for a better room, they declined saying rooms are full but online I could still see there was honeymoon suites available for booking. The property is very nice, equipped with all the comforts, including a hydromassage pool and a large traditional pool. It has everything you need to enjoy your holiday in Santorini to the fullest. High barrel ceiling in room. Excellent amenities (new safe and mini fridge). Large quiet room, bathroom setup is excellent with separate shower. Only negative is there are 2 pillows per person. One is feather but I could feel the feather quills. The other pillow is synthetic but is too hard.

Great venue. Very clean. Unfortunately the woman with brown hair (one of the sisters) was really rude and very abrupt and abrasive every morning during the breakfast service. She needs to relax and make guests feel more welcome. Her sister with the blonde hair was lovely.

The staff was so accommodating and really went above and beyond. They were great hosts, helped translate for us when we needed, shared stories with us, made recommendations for things in the area and were ready to help whenever we needed! I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return some day!
