Friendly staff, good location, makes it easier to explore around the island compare to other part of the island, simple breakfast but gets the job done. Overall great for the price!

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and there were six of us staying for two days. On the day we left early, they thoughtfully packed us a road meal. The biggest plus is its proximity to Fira center, making it within walking distance to major attractions.

The location is convenient, right next to the bus station. It wasn't noisy from the street at night, but there was some noise from what sounded like an air conditioner or generator.

Ideal location; our room was beautiful and comfortable. However, the hotel is not luggage-friendly due to the lack of elevators and abundance of stairs - there were even steps in our room, and no one helped us with our heavy luggage. Soundproofing could be improved, and the room (curtains) could be darker during sleeping hours. But otherwise we enjoyed our hotel experience!

For my second night, there was flushing water sound every hour from mid night, each time last for 10 min, make me awake whole night. I complain this to the manerger in the morning, instead of apologize, he said, why did you call as, we will move you to another room. Not recomendee . It’s normal resort nothing special you even not feeling you are in Santorini because the location is far away and you need car to go to the center. Taxi is very expensive there. Just beneath fira, the market square, this hotel is 5min walk from supermarket, pharmacy and bus stand. Rooms are excellent, breakfast spreads are excellent. Just back from a week at this hotel and it was great. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste but there was always cereals and eggs. The shower heads are rusted but this is because it is sea water that comes out, the same as the sink. It’s a great location right beside the sea, with shop at end of street. Also the bus stops at the shop. My only complaint was the bed was to hard.

The hotel is perched high up above Imerovigli with spectacular views. The rooms are beautiful, we stayed in the honeymoon suites and the staff are always happy to help. The massage from Yanis was excellent, I would recommend that especially as you should be prepared to go nowhere without going up and down huge steps, by the end of your stay your calves will be toned to perfection.

Pro tip: if you are looking for the best quiet luxury experience, look no further. This is it. Everyone and everything was perfect. Fantastic all around. Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

I travel a lot and always in very nice hotels. I cannot say enough about the incredible service the employees give you in this hotel. It’s above 5 star. Easily the best place to stay in Santorini, hands down. Put this one on your bucket list. Take note, lots of stairs to climb but well worth it.

A very nice hotel close to the beach and all the good restaurants will come back again. Definitely the staff is wonderful especially the morning breakfast crew made me feel very welcome.

Perfect location, great pool, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was the standard selection, gym was average - not much kit and treadmill didn’t work. Staff were great, drinks good. The planes overhead are not an issue at all. This location is spot on. Would stay again

We stayed in a maisonette (308) rooms were spacious and cleaned to a high standard everyday . Shower was a little small but okay with plenty of shampoo , conditioner etc .
