Sophia Luxury Suites in Imerovigli

The only good thing about this place was the view. We thought we were paying for luxury and its not. The breakfast was served in takeaway boxes and was never delivered at the time we ordered, always an hour late. The 'fresh' orange juice advertised with the breakfast meals is not fresh. Its a juice box.
The light above the sink in the room was not working and there was no light in the shower. We ordered room service on our last night (pizza) and it was delivered after 2.5 hrs. The hotel receptionist/manager replied to my messages and said its on its way when I was asking after an hour wheres my food, then she said theres a problem in the kitchen and the problem was they lost power. She didn't apologise or bother to tell me there was a problem with the kitchen, she just kept saying my food is coming now, which it wasn't. After my food was finally delivered, she had to come to my room to do the check-out as we were checking out too early the next morning (and they don't start work until 8am) and she said the reason why my food was so delayed was because she didn't see my order on the app because she had so many check-ins that night and was super busy at 8pm at night (yet she replied to my messages telling me my food was coming). The whole story did not line up with the porter who said there was a problem with the app, not the kitchen. I speak Greek so there were no language barriers between myself or any of the staff. This place is definitely not worth the money we paid.
