Rocabella Santorini Hotel & Spa in Imerovigli

Everything is perfect. Beautiful structure, central location in the caldera with breathtaking views, 4 swimming pools, 3 of which are on the edge of the caldera. The impeccable cleanliness and politeness of the staff in the rooms made us feel "spoiled". Not so happy with the quad and scooter rental service offered, which we used anyway for convenience, but the quad was uncontrollable and dangerous due to completely worn out tires, and when we pointed this out, the solution offered was to rent a larger and more expensive car. Last round of applause to the receptionist, whom we unfortunately only met at check out at 7am, a fantastic gentleman, familiar, polite and helpful.

Staying at Rocabella was wonderful! The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. The complex is absolutely gorgeous and the views are amazing. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. We would return anytime.

Very clean and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. A little out of the way so we hired a car while we were there and go out and about. It was out of season so a lot of places were closed for winter. We couldn't use the pool and the restaurant was closed. Outside of that the staff were brilliant and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. We would stay again and we highly recommend it.

It was indeed memorable experience. We enjoyed the tranquility in the area and the beautiful sunset. Breakfast was amazingly good with full of choices and beautiful landscape.
The staff were very friendly yet polite. We can easily communicate with them using Whatsapp.

This was recommended by our travel agent and I wish I had looked at it more before committing. The hotel is lovely but we were there in mid November and were not able to enjoy the hotel to it's fullest as everything was shut down and the pools were all too cold to enjoy. The hotel has an amazing view and beautiful pools. Each room has its own small soaking type pool that we did not utilize because it was cold and windy. The place really felt shuttered so not as enjoyable. The patio furniture was all put away. Even the donkey statue was plastic wrapped! I might have enjoyed reading in a cozy chair with a blanket but didn't find one. The restaurant and spa was also completely closed, however they did bring us breakfast to our room which has a small patio with small table and chairs. Fortunately it was nice enough to eat outside as sitting inside the small cold room without 2 chairs would not have been as pleasant. Breakfast was fine though the menu was limited due to the season. The walk to Imerovigli was about 20 minutes and we are in shape and did the walk in cool weather at night, not a hot day. It was about 4 km to Fira. We rented a car which the hotel helped arrange and was delivered to the hotel and we left it there when we were done. It was crucial for getting to Oia, Fira and seeing the rest of the island. I would say stay in Oia or Fira if you go in November and only stay here in warm weather it you are not wanting to get out much.

The moment we stepped into our room, we were captivated by the breathtaking view of the caldera. Watching the sunset and sunrise from our private balcony was a highlight of our trip. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed 🤩

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Huge shoutout out to Debbie, Christianna, Chris and Yanis. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued 👌🏽

The breakfast from in-house restaurant, Afropsaro, was a delightful feast of fresh, local ingredients, providing us with the energy to explore the island. Just like the hotel staff, the staff members at Afropsaro were incredibly friendly and accommodating 😋

The atmosphere at Rocabella was peaceful and serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We loved relaxing by the pool, taking in the stunning views, and simply enjoying each other's company 🌅

Overall, our stay at Rocabella was an absolute dream. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway in Santorini, we highly recommend this exceptional hotel 💯

We had a truly wonderful experience during my recent stay! From the moment we arrived, the reception desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The unexpected room upgrade was a totally pleasing experience as well. All stuff were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, always ready with a warm smile and quick to assist with any needs or questions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. Breakfasts were another highlight of our stay. The breakfast crew was fantastic, ensuring everything was fresh, and beautifully presented. They provided a wide range of options to suit every taste, and their friendly, attentive service made each morning a delightful start to the day. Overall, the hotel offered a flawless experience, with top-notch service and facilities. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning!
