Not the best hotel in Santorini. The room is alright. Outdated, the room is divided into 3 parts, bathroom, then bed in the middle, the small sitting area with TV. You can't watch the tv from your bed.

Pros: free delicious breakfast (starts at 8:30am), beautiful view of the Caldera.

Cons: outdated, shower look dirty, pool is very very small and the hot tub was not working at that time.

No reception or anyone to help you after 9pm, until 8am next day

Loved our stay at Ilioperato! Family run, every one was so nice and welcoming. The location in Imerovigli was perfect! Short walk to restaurants, but far enough from the main stretch to allow for a quiet, romantic retreat. Would definitely book here again!

Very friendly personnel. Joanna was in contact with us before our arrival. They also make arrangements for our pick up from the airport. Asked us for our breakfast options and delivered them to our room every morning.

Breakfast with a view!
Extremely friendly and helpful owners and staff. Location was fantastic. We were close to what we wanted to be near, but out of the hustle and bustle. Daily breakfast brought to your room. We ate it out on the patio- lovely! We had a couple issues regarding electricity being off for a while one morning and no hot water late in the day but there is no beating the view, location and the kind people. We would stay again without hesitation.

Generally it’s a bit disappointing, probably we thought Santorini would offer the service on par with its reputation as a tourist paradise.

The sea view was scenic and magical and the hotel located in a good spot where not many tourists can access so it was more tranquil than Oia.

However, the hotel room was not that great as expected. The amenities are a bit old and the designs were not thoroughly thought-through (eg the placement of the bed made people easy to trip and the lights of the bed were placed too low that hit our heads.

The staff may be too busy to remind us to order breakfast and forgot to make our breakfast so we had no breakfast except the leftover breads.

The room is a bit far from the town of Fira, but it's quiet and the facilities are sufficient. The only thing about hygiene is a bit worrying. The sheets on the second floor were covered in dirt. It felt like they hadn't been occupied for a long time and they hadn't been changed. The hotel is in a good location with a wide view. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and the variety is also very rich.
