My fiancé and I just left West/East on October 22. We had a sea view and stayed for six days. Our room, the service we received at the front desk and from room service, as well as the Fly Away Bar, was like none other

Definitely suggest the hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy his stay at Santorini! The breakfast in our room along with the astonishing view of Caldera was great. Food in the Fly Away Restaurant is also suggested!

This was a great hotel away from the busy ends of the island. Rooms had hot tubs outside which was amazing. The breakfast is unmatched. And the staff of truly amazing. Our family loved our stay here.

We stayed in the presidential suite for two nights as a treat for ourselves. The room, heated plunge pool and all the facilities were absolutely fantastic

The private pool is amazing, however in the middle of the day it feels like soup as they're heated, I wish you could turn the heat on and off. The pool heating is the only thing I could fault from this amazing resort!

The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and by the pool were all very kind and super helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with a great pool, nice lobby, and a restaurant for breakfast with a view

We had our own Jacuzzi where we stayed that's so wonderful. The resort very close to everywhere. Whenever we sat on the pool they immediately served cold water bottle free of charge

The hotel front desk was very welcoming and introduced the attractions of Santorini to us in detail. They also helped us contact the driver for pick-up. The staff helped to send the luggage upstairs.

The hotel was excellent. The food was spectacular. The service from Polynthia at the front desk and Katerine in the restaurant made you feel like gods. I would definitely return.

This hotel doesn't seem to be popular among Chinese people, but the facilities and services are really good. The sisters at the front desk are very friendly

From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi)

The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round)

🏘️ While waiting to check in, they even offered a glass of sparkling wine, which was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast was also incredibly filling. This hotel truly maximized the experience of traveling in Santorini!

The hotel has a very beautiful view. We were automatically upgraded to a room and were very satisfied. The view and comfort are our top priorities. Living here is much more cost-effective than living in Oia/Fira

No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great

Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia

It is fully included room service delivered to the most beautiful view from the patio table. Wine was provided upon return each afternoon while we prepared to go to dinner. Dennis was our favorite concierge

and did not need a pool, but if traveling again in the summer, will definitely book the suite with the pool! Great place overall!

There were some rooms where the hot tub was across a walkway to the rooms you were staying in, these areas were bigger than our attached balcony, but I still preferred our hot tub not being across a walkway and it being right outside our door

Pro tip: they carry your bags to and from the car if you just alert them to your schedule. Needed as it's a 3 min 45 second hike of all stairs, but that's Santorini and I would change a step

Only con, you do have to walk down steep stone steps (about 5 floors) down to the hotel. However, the staff were wonderful and do help you with your luggage

The room and view were incredible especially with breakfast served to your patio each morning. Our room had a private plunge pool, which was perfect in September

Few minor points that would have enhanced our comfort - more clothes hangers in the room for longer stays (only 4/5 available) and pool towels in need of replacement (loose threads, bleach stains etc)

We stayed at iliovasilema! The complimentary breakfast each morning served on our terrace was great, the food was great, and staff very accommodating! The location offers the most stunning views in Santorini!!

Quite noisy at times with a couple of the staff talking and we couldn’t open the window as a staff member was sitting right there and had food, drink on window ledge

We stayed 4 nights at Astra suites. Be prepared to walk stairs and hills, everywhere we went required a climb from our room to the square or the trail. Worth every step!! Beautiful views and excellent care by the staff

I would rate it 10 stars if I could! Astra Suites was the best hotel I've ever stayed at, JUST based on the views, rooms, and amenities alone. The pool overlooks the caldera with stunning sunsets every single night

Fira has a lot of tourists and Oia is overrated and pretentious! The rooms are big and clean, breakfast was good and service is great! We got the one with jacuzzi just wish the water was warm because it can be super cold when it’s windy/ at night time

The location is perfect, no need to walk a long way specially when you have luggage. The view is beautiful, the room is nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brilliance Suites, the staff were warm and super attentive and the breakfast was the nicest touch! Bus stop and local supermarket is less than a 5 minutes walk away so the location is perfect

Property was very clean, room cleaned everyday with new towels and bedding, 2 bottles of water in the fridge and supplies stocked up. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning with a great selection and delicious

You do need to walk up a steep hill to get to local town for restaurants, shops and bus stop to Fira

Everywhere we wanted to go to was around 20minutes away from this location (we used atv to go around the island). The price is very reasonable for the amenities, service and location

They have room service everyday, serves our breakfast by the pool (while enjoying the scenery), and they are overall very responsive to any questions we have even before we have checked in (communication through whatsapp)

The patio with the hot tub, pool, lounge chairs, and table is perfect to enjoy the sun and weather. Hot tub is warm and can be used on cool nights. The pool is not heated so hard to use when the weather is cool

We had a wonderful time at Dreams Luxury Suites! Our room was beautiful, clean, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and hospitable. The location was great, and the view was stunning. We really enjoyed our stay.

PS: You cannot fill the bathtub with water as shown in the pictures but most rooms have a pool/jacuzzi

We stayed there in 2021 and to this day it’s the most nostalgic trip we’ve ever had. Everything was impeccable, the room and service as we just luxuriated in our private pool all day taking in the view. Very romantic!

On the negative side the staff are not super helpful in terms of guiding you about how to enjoy the trip or telling you about walkways to Fira. Second night of our stay we had water coming mysteriously in our room

At the time, we were given a cell phone in case we needed anything. There are 2 rooms & we stayed in the one furthest away from the entrance. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed in

I booked the room through Airbnb and communication with Maria and Athena was smooth and they were very helpful. They arranged a boat trip for us and Athena was available for any questions

My wife and I came here summer of 2015 when the place was new. There was no hot tub then, but the place was fantastic! Great views & walking distance to the main town(20 minutes)

Property itself have everything you need for a few days or long stays. Wifi is pretty decent though can be weak in certain areas like the cave bedroom and near outdoor jacuzzi

Best suite ever stayed at We stayed in the loft suite and it was one of the best suites i have stayed in the aesthetic was amazing and the outside terrace was massive and i sat out every single day in the pool taking in the views

Honestly, if you want sunshine, reset and relax, the location is all you need. Lots of sun hours, amazing pool which is ideal cold. I don't usually desire to rebook a location, but if I were to, it would be here

The in-house taxi service is impeccable and certainly worth taking up on. The location of the hotel allows for quick car commutes to areas should you wish to move around the island

They were always available to render help to us however the location is very far from town and taxi fare can cost around 40 euros so be prepared to spend much on transportation

The shared swimming pool is worthy of a brand like the Cavo Tagoo, huge, with spacious beds, and shaded areas. Well-deserved 5 stars for this fabulous hotel, which has a lot of potential

I recently stayed at the Oyster for a week and everyone from the bartender, maid , and receptionist couldn’t have done a better job. Everyone treated with respect and was so kind and showed hospitality

We booked a room with a private pool, which ended up not being the most private as the general walkway went right by it and the stairs to the pool. But the hotel wasn’t very busy so it wasn’t a huge issue

I can’t remember the receptionist name , but she was great. From helping us getting transportation to and from places and helping us find excursions and things to do, whatever we needed she was happy to help

We could change what we wanted any of the days & nothing was ever to much for them! The food looked and tasted so fresh and Elina who delivered our breakfast every morning was just so lovely! What a credit she is to oyster luxury suites

I would definitely recommend the Oyster to anyone going to visit Santorini and would stay there again. Just have euros on hand as the drivers like to be paid in euros and in cash
