We sadly missed the chance to stay here because our flight was delayed a day, but I wanted to still leave a review because from the minute we made our reservation Ion made every effort to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. He offered to get us a taxi from the airport, even after we missed our flight and knew we weren’t going to stay there. It’s the kind of helpfulness and hospitality you hope to get from every hotel. I can only imagine what it’s like to stay there but if Ion is any indication - 5 stars!

If you go to Santorini, stay in Pyrgos, if you go to Pyrgos stay at Estate 1896 Suites. Absolutely fabulous. Costas met us on arrival, created the most amazing itinerary for our time on Santorini, organised a hire car for us and gave us lots of helpful tips on timings for going into Oia and Fira. At the end of day wandering through Pyrgos was so lovely and watching the sun set and eating at one of the many lovely restaurants close by.

Hospitality at a whole new level, never experienced such outstanding service! Ion was incredible, arranged out transfer, gave us so many tips for the island and made sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms were large and comfortable! A truly amazing stay!

We stayed here for 5 nights, we was treated like friends not like customers. Wonderful service, the owner so kind and helpful. He makes sure we got everything what we need. Beautiful rooms and very clean, bed very comfortable. I will definitely will go back there...Highly recommended 👌

I wanted to give the hotel a 4.5 star only because our room (Junior Suite) was a bit tight. Ultimately decided on 5 because it was newly renovated in 2016, clean, washroom was spacious, it's a quick walk to Pyrgos (so beautiful) and the manager, Christos, was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was just okay but enough for us. Overall I would be back but I would book a bigger room.

My first and last stop during very first visit to Santorini! Got a little weary after traveling non stop for several months and the hotel proved to be a refuge and a much welcomed break from the hustles and inconveniences one may have while living on the road. The rooms are bright,fresh,quiet and very spacious. More “suite” feeling to it than a regular hotel room. Lovely olive trees garden for your breakfast each morning. English speaking management is very respectful,knowledgeable and will help you with absolutely anything you need during your stay!

We had such a great stay here! After traveling through Greece for about 2.5 weeks they had the most comfortable beds here and a working AC unit which was great for sleeping. The staff is friendly and hospitable. They also let us stay on the premises after checkout and hold our bags for us while we waited for our ferry. Will definitely be coming back, a high recommend! The place is also walking distance to many restaurants and a renting car business.
