Comfortable accommodation close to the island's capital. Spacious, modern equipped rooms. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Recommend for independent travelers.

Location: close to the town of Fira, only 150 m from the famous cliffs of the Caldera, 6 km from the airport, the Fira and 12 km from the port. Bus stop: 70 m.

Evening entertainment: the city of Fira 150m.

The hotel has 18 rooms.

Beach: public sandy-pebble EKOS Yialos, 3 km from the hotel. Open coastline strip is wide enough. Towels are not. Entrance to the sea pebbly and sandy. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

We stayed at Villa Soula for 4 nights and have really enjoyed our stay. It is closely located to the bus station and near the city centre; but without all the noises that come with it. What really made our stay was the staff, especially Maria! Thank you for all your help (fixing the showerhead etc.) and your recommendations/tips, we really appreciated your kindness and hospitality.

Great perfect. Villa is really pretty and balconies are great. Pool is fine except you get no sun at all as it is under the building overhang. Placed to sunbathe are limited so not ideal but really excellent otherwise.

Villa is located in great position, heart of Fyra is 5 minutes away as well as the main bus station from which you can reach the whole island.
Rooms were clean, and were serviced daily.
Staff worth 6 stars, were helpful in every possible way.
The only issue was a very tiny shower cabin,
I recommend choosing the option with a bathtub if possible.

Very nice room with a balcony, helpful staff with great recommendations. Perfect location close to the city, without the agitation. They have a partner to rent ATV which is delivered at the gate, you can park it at night which would be impossible in the city.

It's within a few minutes walk to just about everything in Fira. The accommodation is clean but pretty basic. The rooms are basic and there is quite a bit of corridor noise that comes into the room.
The shower is cramped with a useless shower curtain that has you mopping up the excess water after the shower.

You are paying for the location, and nothing else.
The place is average, so is service and room. But really convenient location nearby the center of Fira and the bus station!

Small hotel in a walking distance from bus terminal. The room a little bit old but acceptable for us who only stay for sleeping. More like hostel dan hotel because the reseptionist is not available 24 hours, but from this place to thira city is like 400 m walking
