Korina and Thalia at reservations were very freindly and helpful so we made the booking directly with the hotel. We have booked once again for the 3rd time this summer.

I absolutely will never fault the staff at mitsis royal mare. They are truly excellent, their level of care and attention is second to none. Amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Service was attentive and always available. Golf carts took us to their beach, you can also walk if you wanted. It was easier for us with our disabled adult family member. Loved that they served authentic not only Greek but Cretan food.

I enjoy coming to Anemos everytime, nice resort, has aquapark, is next to the beach, rooms are well kept aaand they make very good cocktails in the bar above the lobby :). Highly recommend this resort for families as well as couples. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely place food was brilliant. Local towns and little far to walk to but 4 euros in taxi to 1 , 10 euros to the other. Staff great friendly, access to beach via a subway to get across Road etc ,door staff will give you a buggy ride ,both ways 😀 Would recommend

We were looking for a quiet place to relax but also with a little buzz – and Majestic nailed it. Our room had perfect sound insulation, so we could nap mid-day while the pool area was lively. Drinks flowed all day, food was fresh, and we didn’t need to leave the hotel for anything because we had an all inclusive hotel. That’s a win.

We’ve stayed in Zante before, but Majestic really raised the bar. Everything from the spotless rooms to the endless food options was top-notch. The spa was amazing and worth every euro – I had the best massage of my life. Also, how often do you see a tattoo studio inside a hotel? Wild.

Very clean swimming pool and lots of space around. We liked the area behind of swimming pools were it was more quiet for couples. As or the rooms they were pretty clean and quiet with soundproofed walls.

The beds were really comfy, especially for my partner who has spinal issues. The staff were really lovely too, good breakfast selection with vegan choices.

Roughly located halfway between Rhodes town and the town of Lindos, made for a perfect base. Best to hire a car to get around, parking was easy and secure at the hotel. We stayed for a week in a suite with a private pool and loved it. The staff were excellent to a fault, especially the bar staff - couldn't rate them high enough. This hotel has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. I especially enjoyed the spa. I had two massages there, and I’ve never been more relaxed thanks to Stefanos and Hosmik. I can only recommend you visit them during your stay at this hotel.

We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea. We booked a massage in the Spa with the very friendly spa manager Hasmik. I got a really relaxing massage from the masseur Stefanos who was able to give me advice for my back problem.

A very big hotel on the beach, with pools, and a very nice private beach across the street. There is a Spa too. We had a spacious room with a nice balcony, and good breakfast. We stayed there one night on our way from the north to Athens, and had relaxed time on the beach before our flight home.

This definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel or all inclusive, I would gravitate towards a 3. Food, pool, beach and waterslides are best thing about this hotel, but it would be great if people didn’t reserve sunbeds at stupid o clock in the morning - went to pool at 7am and people had already reserved beds and they didn’t show up to the bed until after 9:30-10am. Hotel is luxurious and in the right spot. No noise from the avenue and also free parking. Lobby is amazing and there was also a guy playing the piano. The room was clean and the bathroom full of Greek white marble. Breakfast was full of nice surprises and has an egg station. Price is above average but it's worh it!

Royal-style furniture and decor in the rooms, excellent service. The breakfast was diverse, tasty, high-quality food. The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk to the center and to the lake, large yard with plenty of parking and a garden to relax. Great value for money.

Its clean and spacious- but disappointed in expectations verses experience. The air conditioning doesn't work well, it's cool enough to be somewhat comfortable but you don't have much control. Also some things show ware, like loose handles. On the other hand the have access to both kettle and espresso machine in your room for coffee or tea. Not the most comfortable beds. Hotel located a 15-minute walk from the old town and the lake. Friendly reception staff, unlike the breakfast staff. Parking. Despite having a wide variety of sweets, I found the breakfast poor for a 5* hotel, particularly regarding the fruit and the fact that the orange juice wasn't natural. Nice pool to relax after the trip.

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent position. Lots of restaurants nearby and bus outside every 15 minutes to Chania. Hotel provided fruit, bottle of wine and biscuits in the room.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. Nice clean room, beautiful pool and grounds, friendly staff, great breakfast. A few restaurants near the hotel but best to drive 15 minutes to a Chania for the best options.

Had a great honeymoon stay at the resort. They treated us well and we had an amazing upgraded room. The hotel is very nice and the all inclusive option is nice. Their drinks are good and the food isn’t bad. Good place to stay even if you don’t do all inclusive since the location and beach is nice. Good food options nearby and obviously in Chania. We didn’t care for the spa, and probably would not recommend...

Hotel is lovely and the staff have been amazing we were breakfast only and all staff we came into contact with have been genuinely friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend
