Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

We went at the end of season which made it a little tough as for all inclusive, we had to walk to the other side of the hotel. Otherwise the room was comfortable, cleaned and replenished every day though we did have to ask for additional coffee. Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

It's OK, but it's not up to the hype. Very average all-inclusive with no USP at all (water park is not a usp as you pay to enter). The hotel was truly excellent, and the food was also very good, but the spa was definitely the highlight. I had a massage from Pavlos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience—very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

Staff very friendly and happy-first time to Greece-because of the resort/staff we will be returning-We stayed in “The Villa” and it was absolutely amazing.

Recently stayed at this resort as part of a 10yr anniversary so we had around 30+ of us staying in the hotel. Although prior to arriving there was a lot of liasing with the staff at the hotel it seemed they were a bit overwhelmed with having so many guests from one party. Beautiful, well kept hotel. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, especially Setah in the coffee lounge. Always ready with a lovely smile and very welcoming. The location is a bit out of the way for me - I like to shop! The choice of food is very extensive, catering to all tastes. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is lovely with excellent staff. Breakfast was really good with so much choice. Great Margaritas at the pool bar and the main bar. Good food in the restaurants. The pool was freezing and unless you get a certain sunbed which is in the sun all day you end up having to move beds so you get sun. This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming...

Excellent hotel in great location. 5 Star service given by ALL staff - from front of house to waiters, bar staff, cleaners and the unsung hero - the Pool Man. My Delux King room with Balcony faced the pool and sea and was excellent.

Excellent friendly staff, great location if you’re looking for some quiet down time but easy walk into centre of Rhodes. Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area. Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. First day was a mystery tour trying to find way from room to exit!

Overall very nice hotel. Five star in service and amenities but four star in quality/style of the facility itself with property overall needing refresh in some places. Great breakfast buffet and excellent pool.

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location is nice, with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. We’ve just come back from the Atlantica Ocean Beach and had the best holiday. My 2 boys (7&9) loved the kids club and the staff were fantastic. They were excited to go every day and did activities such as go karting, mini golf, treasure hunts and watching films. All the staff around the hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you.
