Hotel is very clean and tidy, the pool is very large with the bar restaurant overlooking it. Food and drinks are very good and often less expensive than outside. The hotel has great staff and also puts on some good evening entertainment. Location wise 5 minutes to the marina and 2.5km to the old town which is pretty. To say we were disappointed is an under statement! 5 star it is not! There were a lot of weeds by the pool, toilets out of order and leaking everywhere. I do not expect a 5 star hotel to have manky shower curtains! The room was adequate but only cleaned every other day and not to a good standard. Overall good hotel. Room numbers a bit old, but service is good and very good people who works there. Beach close to the hotel and mini market and car rental right in front of hotel is nice benefit either. Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. Stayed at this property for 11 nights with my wife and 2 year old daughter. Recently stayed at mitsis faliraki from 28th Oct - 4th Nov. As a family but for our honeymoon. Greeted by Nikos on arrival who helped show us our room and take up our cases. Wow! We have been home for less than 24hrs and already missing this place! A gorgeous hotel in a brilliant location right on the beach with the most amazing views. The food was brilliant. Booked last minute, had instant regret reading comments, but glad I ignored everything. The hotel is in a perfectly fine area of the city, extremely close to all the major attractions, and I did not feel unsafe walking to and from the hotel. The hotel staff are nice and helped check us in early. If you're paranoid about bed bugs, do a sweep of the mattress and bedding before you unpack - this applies...

The rooms were amazing and clean and spacious for two people. I liked it and the service was good. now is part of Casual Hotels. The location is not bad but no the best, 15-20 mins for the city centre and some other important things like market and other stuff. Recommended!

Very good hotel, with very good adaptations to make the most of the building, given that it is not very new. The room is controlled from a tablet, which sometimes causes confusion or disconnections, but it is not serious. The room is very dark, that can be a problem. The area is difficult, it is the centre of Athens and has some complicated streets around it, but it is manageable.
