Extremely slow and with a million questions asked in the check-in process, there was no one there when we came (15:30h), had to call and wait for 20 minutes for them to come.
Great lady working both as a chef and cleaning staff.
The rooms are nice and clean. One room was very cold as the gas heating wasn't working, until the next day when that sweet lady helped.

Spent here around 3 months during a business trip. Everything is great, rooms are very clean and the host is very flexible.
I can only say a big Thank you and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Eger.
