Comfort and amenities were perfect for us. Front office staff always smiling and helpful.

I stayed at SWU Broadway and overall it was an average experience.

The room was clean and decent, but a bit basic and slightly outdated. It had the essentials, so it was fine for a short stay. The staff were polite, though service wasn’t anything exceptional.

The location is convenient if you need to be in that area, with some shops and places to eat nearby. However, it’s not particularly central or lively.

Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you’re on a budget and just need a simple place to sleep, but don’t expect anything special.

The place is convenience and clean staff are friendly and supportive! What a comfortable place to stay totaly definitely worth your money

It was one of the best hotels in hungary we were very satisfied and staff were very respectful and helpful

18.03.2026 Anonymous

First off, the hotel navigation was wrong. Luckily, a local helped me call the hotel, and they told me it wasn't the right place and was actually a few hundred meters away. Turns out there are so many hotels with this name! The front desk staff was nice; they let me check in early. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, quite spacious, and had everything I needed. However, the shower water was terrible – it kept switching from cold to hot, making it impossible to shower properly.

09.03.2026 Guest

This is already my 3rd reservation here, and once again, I was extremely satisfied! Haha. I had a great stay with excellent conditions for such an affordable price.

23.12.2025 violypen

hotel room is quite big and comfortable for the price, but the shower door couldn’t be closed completely so the toilet floor is always wet these few days… staff at the reception are helpful tho

23.11.2025 Anonymous

The room is very beautiful, with complete facilities and a soft and comfortable bed.

25.10.2025 Guest

Great location near the metro, amazing view, lovely balcony, and 24/7 reception was really nice!

14.09.2025 Wangshifeiyan

The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from Andrássy Avenue. Our room was quite spacious and well-designed, facing a quiet courtyard. The in-room amenities were convenient, including a washing machine and a stovetop for preparing simple meals. However, the induction hob was old and quite underpowered, making it impossible to cook anything more complex. Housekeeping was disappointing; our room was rarely cleaned during our seven-night stay, and we often had to dispose of our own trash. This was despite our efforts to be considerate and keep the room tidy.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
