The location of the apartment is nice, but the apartment itself could use some renovation. The floor looked like it was flooded before and the walls had all kind of marks on them. In the room there was also a smell of smoke. Also, you can hear through the walls noise from all neighbors.

The parking lot is smaller, so it wouldn’t fit all the cars if all the rooms were booked, but the hosts were kind enough to switch the cars around so we could park. The property was very conveniently situated on the bus route and was close enough to the town center to walk. The staff, specifically Julia was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests. Lovely experience at this hotel, the staff were inviting, friendly and really helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a big comfy bed. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options. Apparent is in an old building so as is expected it needs some updates. However it was clean which makes a difference. The issue was with the air conditioner that wasn’t cooling, the fan was on but there wasn’t any cold air. Also, hot water is limited. After my kids took a shower me and my husband were left with luke warm, almost cold water. Nice and available owner.

Nice apartment spacious and comfy apart from you pay for AC location is ok for public transport but the district it’s in is a bit run down there are shops bars and restaurants close by.
