Very good location, city centre, very polite personnel,payment can be made with card,breakfast is not included, and cost 8 to 10 euro for adults and is free for children's under 15.
Rooms are big and well equipped. A little bit outdated furniture. The elevator and the hall need more cleaning. The hotel has a private parking and the costs is 23 euro/day.

One of the nicest hotels in the city with a brilliant restaurant and food. They do an open Sunday buffet which is hard to beat. Not cheap, but there's a reason for that. It's damn good.

East to reach. Very nice and central location. Staff very helpful. Recommended if you don't have lots of money and you want to stay somewhere in the heart of Budapest having very good conditions.

Amazing location and good price for suites. However the shower was mouldy. The breakfast was basic but very adequate. The spa facilities seem decent. Very quiet and sizeable rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff do a good job but could provide a warmer atmosphere. Overall I would definitely stay again.good value for money.

Fantastic location, large rooms, two very small televisions, towels thin from being washed a lot, understaffed breakfast buffet - something always missing and when replaced something else is missing, watery juice, interior worn, impossible to shower without getting water on floor. 3.5 stars

The Reception staff were absolutely excellent, Flora and Tamas in particular. They arranged to replace a faulty light globe same day. They answered my persistent questions calmly and professionally, making necessary phone calls for me in Hungarian, and following up on these calls after hours to ensure my airport transfer happened for very early in the morning. Top rate efforts.

Will recommend everybody, who goes to Budapest to stay in this hotel. Excellent service. Staff, especially, Mr. Tamas of reception, is a great person, who helped us in each & every step, when we required any assistance, within hotel premises or beyond that. God bless him.
