The room was pretty nice and comfortable. However, most of the rooms at the time we stayed didn't have heating. After hours of being out in the freezing cold we couldn't take a hot since we didnt have hot water to bath to relax and some rooms were cold.

The best thing about it is that it's accessible. The location is quiet and within walking distance of the city center. Apart from that, it was a very unpleasant surprise that we didn't have a refrigerator in the room, with 35 Celcious outside! And the staff was unhelpful and not very understanding.

Very good hotel. We stayed there for three days.The rooms were clean and spacious. They were cleaned every day. We had a small problem with the heating but it was solved immediately. Hasand, the receptionist, was very helpful and polite and did everything he could. Overall, we had a wonderful experience . It is located in a quiet street not far from the city centre.

We stayed at Hotel Actor in Budapest for 3 days, February 11-13 2024, with a group of students. Truth be told, we checked in quite hesitantly. The students had read negative reviews and we arrived with preconceptions. Here's the truth about the hotel: Location: Close to the center, area with direct access to restaurants and cafes. Supermarket right next to the hotel. Cleanliness: Very clean, with all necessities in the bathroom. Quietness: Very close to a main road yet nothing disturbs you. Very quiet. Safety: Absolute. Until 23:00 when we were moving around with students in the wider area, no problems at all. Breakfast: Sufficient, fresh, variety of savory and sweet options. Very good! Room and bathroom size: Very spacious. Staff: Helpful, professional. Sahand on the night shift was wonderful! Calm, immediately responsive to all our requests, polite, effective. We will remember him. Greetings from the whole school, Sahand! Value for money: Perfect match. It would be good if the hotel sign was lit up! To be visible from afar.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. The location in a quiet part of the city, but not far from the bustling center, is not without significance. Close to the metro and other means of transport. I recommend it!

Shocking experience the worst hotel I've ever been in my life no air conditioning in the middle of the night the whole room is flooded with water don't approach crooked people and thieves

Old good hotel with no return for improvement!

I booked for 3 days, check in in 6th floor , small room , double bed , with garbage in the drawer. Bed lights not working, I tried to reach reception, phone not working. So went down.

Thank you for the changed room, spacious , double bed, AC not functional, lucky we still in good weather, so I kept the windows open. All noises can hear from outside the room, I didn’t have good sleep on first day. Feel but hot at night and lot of outdoor movements. I didn’t complain.

Breakfast, on first day, at 9 am, everything is empty. Like 90% of the food is gone. Waiter just said, guests came all together. On 2nd day, I came to breakfast earlier to see the set up, was a lot better with 2 waitress, and new arrangement of buffet. 3rd day breakfast arrangements was again changed, I get tired for the staff to arrange the tables and buffet set up , 3 changes in 3 days.

The hotel has great potential, they have 2 nice Elevators, internal wood fixtures are with nice wooden made. Lobby is dimmed, staffs are friendly.

Location is not bad, and price is ok. ,
