I had to cancel a reservation recently due to an unpleasant family event, but there was no understanding from the owner.
He took our money even though I announced in advance that we could not make it anymore due to reasons beyond our control.
The business only cares about money, not about you as a customer. If you can, avoid it.

Unfortunately, time stood still at breakfast; I was there four times in the 90s. Putting sausage on a tray with bare fingers is completely unacceptable, by the way. The bread selection was disappointing, soggy, and not freshly made; this definitely needs to be improved, and turkey breast should be used as a pork alternative to salami. After I also complained to the "senior" about the bed being like a board, he immediately refused to look at me, which was unprofessional. The "junior" then ripped it out, very friendly and attentive. The "boss" on the day of arrival also knows how to handle it. The parking situation is unsatisfactory, but the hotel can't blame it (the parking permit area is clearly unnecessary here). The rooms are functionally furnished and quiet, apart from the building's thin walls. The hotel is very easy to reach by metro. The price/performance ratio is okay.

Pleasant atmosphere, spacious room, large bathroom, neat and clean accommodation, additional household appliances such as refrigerator, microwave oven. Behind the hotel is a neat and clean swimming pool and a cafe.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Manzard Panzio in Budapest! The charming atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location made my trip unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped.

The hotel is a little out of the city , great if visiting the puskas stadium , but train/tram network is so easy to get about . The hotel is immaculate. The rooms are a little dated marked 4/5 as the bed mattress was very bobbly . The pool is its feature to have a dip and relax after a day walking is fantastic. Breakfast is basic , continental with eggs and 2 local dishes . Hotel is not 24 hrs reception therefore if coming home late , there’s a door code and keys left in keysafe . Staff friendly. My only one concern maybe rules are different in Budapest but the hotel room had no information , no fire escape information or meeting point no luminous escape signs .

This place is just perfect for families.
Heated Swimming pool , beautiful garden...
The staffs are excellent and very welcoming.
We had a great stay there.
We only stayed there for one night, we would love to stay longer next time.

If you value your sanity, do not visit this appalling establishment. Place feels like it needs to be knocked down. Is extremely shabby and the workers should have retired 25 years ago. Staff are rude and don't speak English and the facilities and rooms are very poor. The ad stated there was an open pool and badminton facilities which is the main reason we came but the pool was closed and the manager didn't seem to understand what badminton even was. We were told we could not leave our room between the hours of midnight and 6am and in the end had to pay 30 euros to be able to leave to catch our flight, for no reason whatsoever, we just wanted to leave. Demanded payment in cash off the books. There is no kettle or tea / coffee provided in the rooms, beds are uncomfy. Asked for our key when leaving to go to a restaurant, unsure why? All the 5* reviews seem fake. Could not pay me to go here again. Worst hotel room ever.

Great facilities, pool, outdoor gym, sunloungers (and canopies for some). Breakfast was lovely and rooms are good size with fridge, AC, Safe and table and chairs. It does feel as though you are staying in someone's house rather than a hotel, your not allowed to take the keys out with you, and get almost shouted at like a child when you leave if you haven't handed it in at reception. You need to advise what time you will be back and only if its too late will they put your keys in a little safe inside and provide you with a code for the outside door. There are charges for almost everything, the safe and mini bar lile you would expect, but to eat your own food at the outside tables, there is a charge, to borrow plates or cutlery to eat in your room there is a charge, of you lose your key there is a €100 charge. It was just a shame that the processes they have in place are very archaic and not customer friendly and leave you feeling awkward around the staff. However it must be said that most of the staff were friendly, just blunt with the rules they obviously had to impose from management.

I chose this Hotel cause it was close to the Népliget Metro station, where the bus from Prague dropped me off. The Hotel is located in a quite plesant neighborhood, stuff was kind, easy to talk to and always helpful. I specially appreciated the rich and fresh breakfasts, the pool was clean and warm even in September. Rooms were cute, clean and had everything at my disposal. I am definitely coming back soon !!!

Excellent place, great breakfast spread, a really nice decor and excellent staff. Only issue was the AC wasn't working in our room.

Super spot with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit basic and in need of updating but I enjoy my stay here. Just a short walk to the main bus station and a shorter walk to the tube. 5 stops to the main square.
