Initially we were put in room 504, it was not good. There was alot of mold on the window, the air conditioning did not work properly and it made a very loud noise all night. There were staines on the walls and the windows didn't open. BUT we asked to move and the girl on reception moved us to room 503 which was very nice. The AC worked fine, the room was clean, the windows opened and the TV had alot of channels. The girl on reception was so helpful and kind, she was so friendly and had no problem to help guests. I would give the hotel 3/5 just because room 504 wasn't great, and the hotel is a little old. But I would give the girl on reception 5/5. Thank you for all your help ! Regarding the hotel, it was quiet enough at night, room 503 was fine and the location is good. I would stay here again.

Been there from a Friday til a Monday.
There is a club in the house right beside which won't let you sleep until 5:00 am. Friday and Saturday night was ridiculous...
I guess it is only rooms close to the neighbouring house (Google says there is a theater). Otherwise I don't get why only few people complain here.
Towels are dirty/marked but sign threatening you with a fine in case you mess up the towels. Otherwise it is clean.
Staff is really super very friendly but noone would say they hear noise from the club

Doesn’t accept online payments; staff is good and helpful but the hotel is just way too expensive for what it’s really worth. The fridge leaked, beds didn’t seem to be regularly cleaned, breakfasts not included. 475€ for a 3 star hotel that would deserve one. As for the location; not really ideal.

A tale of good and bad
This is a nice hotel in Budapest.
I have given this rating due to encountered problems.
The Staff were very good but manager questionable.
We arrived late afternoon and checked in. Next morning we tried to shower, but found drain blocked hair and debris.... the curtain in the room had fell down to floor. Reported to reception and shower was not usable untill 1800 hrs. Curtain left on floor.
The next evening we were in bed when the ceiling caved in due to water issue. Given a different room around 12.30 am when someone came to check damage and agreed we couldn't use the room.
Next morning I was told the ceiling would be repaired befor we returned that night.
I refused and ask to speak to manager to arrange alternative accommodation. This request was refused and the receptionist contacted him. After a few minutes i was offered another room.
This explains my reasons for my grading.

the hotel is very central !!! easy to explore budapest from here ! my room was small but comfy ! for the price, it is good! reception is open even at night and staff is nice. my room was clean but the corridor of the hotel not always... the elevator is super small so you have to wait sometimes for people to use it before you. you cant go at more than 2 in it ! even 2, you might touch each other.

The property is in a great location, alot of dining options and metro nearby. Staff were friendly and area felt safe.

This hotel is situated in an ideal tourist area. It’s budget-friendly, and the quality is decent for the price. The customer service is excellent. Although the rooms are outdated, they are well-maintained and clean. We stayed for just one day and night, but we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, short-term stay in a great location.

The hotel was in a good location, and the breakfast was not bad. The staff was very friendly. What we didn't like was that they gave us a room with a broken light fixture and a broken bathroom door, too—it had three holes in it. We told reception, and they said they knew about it and that it was fine. The beds were very uncomfortable, and we couldn't rest.
