The rooms are quite small but very clean & the location is close to the city center ~20 min walk. The staff is very nice and speaks fluent english.

Lady in blonde hair also gave us very good recommendations on things to do in Budapest (big shout out to her). The bed was very comfortable, had a great sleep

However, on our last day there’s some drillings and noises (which was fine since we were leaving). The location was perfect too, lots of restaurants around

Staffs at reception were very warm, welcome and friendly, always greeted us with smiles whenever we walked in/out

It was such a pleasant stay! We arrived early in the morning, and lucky us！ They had a room ready for early check-in! The rooms are just like the pictures, cozy and spacious

Charm hotel was a great base to explore the wonders of Budapest. Public transit options are nearby and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and bars nearby to explore

Being close to the river was a plus and the ability to easily travel to all of the Budapest places of interest made this a great location to stay for a few days

One of the best hotels I stayed at. Firstly its a beautifly renovated old building located on a quiet street but central. The receptionista and staff are the friendliest and helpful we met

During the day the hotel offers complimentary fruit tea, and in the afternoon and evening they serve homemade mulled wine, which was honestly some of the best I have ever tasted

There is also a rooftop terrace, which would be a lovely addition in the summer months for drinks or relaxing. We will definitely be back — this hotel has set a new standard for hospitality in Budapest

Customer service here operates at a level that many far more expensive hotels could learn from. The staff are consistently polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful

The hotel itself is small and tucked away on a quiet side street just next to the Hungarian State Opera House, making the location both central and peaceful. Breakfast is not extensive, but the quality is excellent

We stayed in the Executive Apartment with breakfast included, and it was by far the best stay we’ve had in Budapest, despite visiting the city many times before

The staff were amazing- they helped us with everything we needed! The room itself had everything we needed- even lighting for makeup, that was a nice touch😉 As to the location- PERFECT location! You can go anywhere central pretty fast! Highly recommend staying there🥰😊

7/10 Hotel Emerald is a very good option mainly because of its excellent central location

I cannot say enough about the staff at the Emerald Hotel in Budapest. Before we got there, I had some questions and needed some assistance. They were outstanding and responded to me quickly and with accurate information

Always greeted us when we came in to lobby and again we’re so helpful and ready to give a hand. They’re just a little bit small. AThe bathrooms were amazing and a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing

The location was perfect As well, easy to get to restaurants, some shopping and catch public transportation or a cab to go to a site

Only downside was some noise from building work nearby which is typical is most city hotels at some poiint. Location very good for explorering the city. Would happy stay there again if in Budapest again

Heated bathroom floor (Dec is cold). Be sure your room has a shower, if you heed it. Excellent selection and portions. Staff very friendly, especially the front desk!!

Great value for money and that's before even mentioning how down to earth and brilliant the staff are (they went out of their way to help us) - I tip my cap to the most likeable manager of all time

Good location, complete facilities

The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. A clothes washer was in the bathroom which was convenient. The neighborhood was somewhat run down and dirty but not unsafe

The parking lot is rather narrow; large vehicles cannot fit. There are street parking spaces, free at night and on weekends, and charged by the hour at other times. Check-in and check-out are flexible

There is only one minus - they asked for a deposit of 100 euros. Somehow I have not seen such information anywhere. It's good that I had cash, I would not want to leave my card details

I liked everything very much! The location is gorgeous, ideal that you can't make noise - it was quiet and calm, which is not the case everywhere. There are dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a table, a sofa, a bed

The downsides are thin walls, you need to take earplugs, light sleepers and the information on the website is not correct, the reception is not open 24 hours a day, but from 9 am to 7 pm, it is better to check with the hotel for registration details

The location is very central and is close to the Danube. Overall very nice although the hallways were a little dark and dingy

The perfect place to sleep. Although the hotel is located on the main street, the room is quiet even with the window open. The room has everything you need. It is only 50 meters from the bus stop to and from the airport.

They stored our luggage in luggage room and they offered to take parking tickets for us while we were in town because our room and parking were already expired. So, we were very pleased with our stay

The apartment was clean and comfortable, great location with bars and restaurants nearby, they left a really cute little notice on the bed with the meaning of my name and local things to try which was a really lovely touch not many places are that thoughtful

We came to visit for the weeknd and will 100% recommend to our friends and will also book to stay again. Such a great city with loads to see and do and the nova apartments are located within a few mins of everything

First of all, the hotel have a very nice and comfortable location very close to the centre, bright rooms and cute garden inside

We stayed for 3 nights, arriving at 2 AM and checking in ourselves. Budapest Center Residence provided very clear and detailed instructions and explanations, including text and videos, so check-in was no problem at all

The apartment is amazing, which has two floors. The hotel is located in center of Budapest, and I have never bought the ticket for the public transportation, just because, all tourism spot is within the walking distance.

Great location ,very nice tourist neighborhood with few minute walk to all the attractions.Apartment was very clean ,but the bathroom was very outdated -no shower ,triangle bathtub from 90 ties .

The property needs some work - the oven didn't work, the shower is hard to use and the beds were very uncomfortable. Needing a phone to enter the property was okay, but it was very temperamental

Prime location, however other criteria is just not good. The kettle is broken, the hallway is dirty, "clean" tower but I found bunch of hair stuck in it.
