Everything was just perfect. Location 3 min walk to all public transport . Clean rooms and washroom and service was good .

The room was very spacious, featuring a sloped roof and even views of sculptures outside. The facilities in the room were comprehensive. The coffee was excellent, and the breakfast was lavish, even including wine

This hotel has a gym, and I was the only one there when I went early in the morning. The Danube River is right outside the door, so you get amazing views, and you can take a walk along the river after dinner

Its location is incredibly convenient, right next to Prague's Old Town Square, making it within walking distance of all the major attractions

Extremely satisfied! The hotel is a beautiful, historic building with a charming, vintage feel

Rooms are basic but comfy, the breakfast is very good and enough food to choose from and the best thing is location, very near to metro or tram or bus station. And near from the centre if you want to walk

The breakfast for me wasn't great as the options were limited but for others they may enjoy it. We are very familiar with Budapest after being here 5 or 6 times and we find the location to be perfectly situated for us

The room we got was 9th floor corner room and the balcony was huge so the views were great! The staff at reception always welcome you with a smile and a hello every time you walk past them which was nice

Many options for everything (coffee, cheese, ham, marmalade, cakes, breads, eggs, sausages etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely I will choose it again

Here on 27th Dec Good upkeep of the lobby The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good pillows. The lighting is good enough dim. The bathroom had strong water pressure

What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the bathroom; it was spotless, with gleaming fixtures and fresh towels, which really speaks volumes about the hotel's high standards and attention to detail

​The culinary experience also deserves special mention, starting with the breakfast. Not only was the food delicious and incredibly fresh, but the variety on offer was truly impressive

The food in the hotel is not bad, but it is a bit expensive at NT$1,000 per meal The menu has appetizers, main courses, and desserts to choose from. I think the best one is the salmon white sauce spaghetti

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Budapest hotel was an absolute delight and exceeded my expectations in every way. The comfort level of the rooms was a major highlight of our trip

The massage service and the sauna would benefit from a bit more attention. It would be important to always have someone present in the massage center and to extend the sauna opening hours

Great central place to visited Budapest in all its glory however the beds were a bit harsh on ya but it wasn’t that bad Would recommend it for just place wise and looks Penthouse is a real nice choice with a group if you are close together to save money

The mattress was uncomfortable for my back and others guests next to us were slamming the door multiple times during the day and we shouting and making a lot of noise until 3am which made rest a bit difficult for almost the whole time, but this is out of control of the management

We had a fabulous 4 night stay at Matild Palace! Nikoletta in Guest Services was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed (thank you again for the upgrade Nikoletta!!). All the staff were so very nice

Excellent! Beautiful and spacious room with fantastic location. It’s just 3-5 mins walk to popular shopping street and a lot of good bistro and restaurant along the road. Definitely will be back !

Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff. Amenities were spot on with our room having a full length floor to ceiling view of a local park. A five/ten minute walk to the centre of Budapest. An excellent choice.

If you don't want to have a headache paying for parking, you can request the hotel's private parking, which is cheaper for a day of parking, the hotel gives a discount for that. In conclusion, I recommend this hotel

Very good hotel. It's very modern, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. It's just a few minutes' walk from the city center in a quiet area. The breakfast is super complete!

There is an evening restaurant and a bar where you can relax in peace. Just be careful with the parking, don't forget to pay because the parking fees are checked very often

The staff allowed us to remain in the same room type throughout the course of our entire stay, even though the latter booking was supposed to be a smaller/cheaper room

It is located in an area very close to restaurants, a supermarket and a park where you can relax in the evening, a quiet area without car noise or pollution

My wife and I had another wonderful, albeit short, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre after returning from Vienna

By this time the second bedside lamp had given up to and again we reported it. This time it was fixed promptly. I guess it just depends on which staff are on reception

We had an issue with one of the bedside lamps on the first day and reported it to reception. It still hasn’t been fixed the next day so we reported it again

Personally, I would’ve rather of had a proper shower as it was a bit tricky for me to stand in the bath and wash my hair, but having said that it was fine

Excellent central location, you can walk to all the city attractions easily, restaurant streets just 5 minutes walk. Breakfast selection is very good. Roof top bar run by another company, good but no shade from the sun

We visited for the Christmas markets, and the hotel couldn’t have been better placed — close to the markets, close to the centre, and overall very convenient

So I wanted to stay in the castle and finally decided on Hyatt's Choice, which is as famous as Paris Coffee and New York Coffee. (I will write another article about this later. First of all, the lobby is really gorgeous

Before I went there, I asked a few friends. They all recommended the Hilton in Fisherman's Bastion. But after doing some research, I felt that the facilities were old and it seemed that I could only take photos

I really think I booked this location very well. And the transportation is also very convenient. You can walk to eat and drink. Finally, I remind everyone that if you go there, you can walk up the stairs

This hotel is close to restaurants and other attractions. We stayed in the Sissi Suite. One of the very best rooms we have ever stayed in. The photos don’t convey the attention to detail. Amazing location for breakfast.

Access down to the river and bridges across to the PEST side of the city is either by walking down the many steps ( we did it and we are in our seventies!) or by public transport buses or by the castle shuttle buses or by the funicular railway

This boutique hotel is absolutely lovely. It is stylishly designed, friendly and is situated in a great position near to the BUDA side attractions. It is a really nice place to stay and the staff are super friendly

This was my second time at the Pest-Buda Design Boutique Hotel and I can highly recommend it. You can hear some traffic noise in the room facing the street, but it didn't bother me at all and I cateched good sleep

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located close to metro station. It is of decent size and equipped with basic amenities plus with complimentary bottled juice.

I personally love this kind of atmosphere; after all, traveling is about experiencing new things. It's inevitable that the hotel facilities are a bit old, but you can tell they're very well-maintained

Room was perfectly clean and well furnished. Our room had a balcony which had 2 sets of doors which kept any noise or cold out at all. House keeping is excellent and the staff very happy to help

The rooms are exactly as you see in pictures. A little darker than other hotels but it sets the scene and is easy forgotton about. 24 hour reception/concierge is helpful

That being said, staff were extremely nice and helpful, specially at front desk 2 gentlemen who sat with us for about one hour to answer all our questions about sightseeing for the next day, I think one of them named Attila

For example in the bathroom, they have a very nice rain shower but the design was in a way that whole bathroom floor was like a puddle after a shower

Absolutely loved this hotel! 🏨 It's right on the main street downtown, and we could easily walk to the opera house. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and served over a generous period

Visited Budapest for the first time and this was the perfect hotel! The location is amazing, you couldn’t be anywhere better, surrounded by local food spots and shops! Lovely hotel in the perfect location! Only downside was that the AC didn’t work very well and there was no fridge in the room. Other than that, can’t fault it. I had a lovely, pleasant stay.

When we leave early for airport on Sat morning, the staff packed the breakfast for me and my wife. It was a full breakfast with 2 sandwiches filled with cheese, ham and salads. Besides there are water and fruits

The hotel was near the metro which is good and the room was quite small but it’s clean. The bathroom shower was too narrow and small, however, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Great location, very close to both the subway and train, and right next to attractions like Fisherman's Bastion. The staff were also very nice, ordering takeout was convenient, and the price was very reasonable

Luckily during my stayed I bring my own toiletries. The hotel just provide shampoo and soap only due to reducing plastic use. The Air conditioner could be more cold, lobby feels colder than my room

Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel. We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff

To our suprise, most of the staff communicated well in English and were always welcoming, professional, and friendly. The superior studio provided a spectacular view of the Danube River and the majestic Chain Bridge

Everything in the room was of high standard, and having stayed at many hotels around the world, we could say without hesitation that the soundproofing in the room was Gold Standard

The views are stunning, and it offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful touch was the complimentary wine and chocolates we received upon check-in!

This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It's right next to the train station, so you can easily get there directly from the station. It's also convenient for shopping

Drinking water everywhere, great expresso, and near many restaurants with gluten free options. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and modern, bathroom was well lit. Room a little on the small side, but wonderful!

Water is provided in glass bottles, and you can fill up filtered water near the hotel entrance. Breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety to choose from

The Parliament building and Basilica are within walking distance. There are very charming streets for strolls, and the metro, shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants are all nearby
