The restaurant on the first floor was noisy, and the sounds of staff working carried all the way up to the top floor, making it impossible to sleep in the mornings. The soundproofing was also poor

Pros: Great location, generous breakfast, and warm, friendly staff. Cons: My room faced an air shaft with a glass panel instead of a window, so there was no way to get fresh air

stayed here for 4 nights, 3 days. very comfortable, clean, and an overall great atmosphere. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was good and had many choices. overall a great hotel.

The subway station is conveniently located nearby, making it super easy to get around. It's also great that there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly

They acknowledged it is very hot and the only way to sleep is leave the window crack open which we did from 2nd night. I doubt they have switched on the central air conditioning and blame it on the technical issue

Great location. Friendly Staff. Towels very thin. We asked for a double duvet for myself and partner, but were given 2 single duvet covers.

We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by

It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way

The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air

He was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience even better with his professionalism and warm attitude. The location is unbeatable—right in the city center

We hired a mobility scooter for the duration of our stay and the effort from the reception team not only to store it safely but to make sure that it was fully charged for the following day was appreciated

Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink

Some of the rooms are very small, just be clear when you book. Breakfast was okay, but the view spectacular and such a lovely way to start the day

The hotel is very design-oriented and looks great!!! The large room I booked has enough space and the room is high enough so it is not oppressive

If you need a more substantial breakfast then consider waiting until 10am when you can pay for the full brunch menu

Only comment is the rooms are not too sound proof and you can here a decent amount, especially hall noise. However the nights wer quiet enough. The rooms had great mirror placement 😈 Highly recommend though

The location is very good and very convenient. You can walk to several scenic spots. There are many restaurants nearby, both simple and traditional. There is also a small market where you can set up your own stalls

Comfortable Hotel with all the basics right. A really good option if you are looking for no frills stay in Budapest. Breakfast has good choices.

Be warned that it does get very busy so if you have a time cap get downstairs early to avoid waiting for a table. Reception is very helpful and guide you as well as provide good suggestions

The hotel itself is surrounded by eateries. Lots of choices of different cuisines. Local shops adorn the Main Street and there are a few supermarkets nearly by for general groceries

Market Hall is walking distance and highly recommended for Paprika and Langos. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return back

Hotels in Budapest seem to be very attentive. This hotel also gave a small bottle of dry white wine when checking in. The breakfast was also a surprise, exquisite, delicious, and the service was good

I really like this hotel. It's quiet, tucked away in a small alley, close to the Danube. The breakfast was hearty and the staff were very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back.

The only minor drawback was the underground parking garage. It’s quite narrow and a bit tricky to navigate, but that’s more of a structural limitation and not really the hotel’s fault

We spent two nights at Queen’s Court Hotel and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. We booked the King-size Suite, and it exceeded our expectations in every way

Even though the gym isn’t large, it has everything you need for a short workout, and the view makes it feel more open. The spa area is definitely the highlight of the hotel

My experience at Castle Garden Hotel in Budapest was great overall — the rooms were clean, the location is quiet yet central, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming

There are lots of walking groups nearby which can be annoying but tge hotel was very quiet. The hotel room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I found the reception staff unfriendly and not very helpful

A small, quiet hotel in a beautiful location near the castle. It is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop with a very regular service. Public transport is very good and easy to navigate your way around

The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from Váci Street, the city center, and a big mall. Overall, the excellent service, comfortable room, and great location made for a wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay at Mera Hotel in Budapest. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring

Staffs was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and location convenient. I booked for deluxe double room , when open the window is veranda, lots of smoker smoking at the place and my room smells of smoke 🚬

We had to pay extra for the highest floor but with the best view in town it was still significantly priced lower then Novotel or the other hotels near by. The breakfast worth every penny

The hotel location was great - there was a festival going on outside, but we only really heard it when we opened our windows. Lots of sidewalk cafes and pubs right outside the hotel

The breakfasts were just perfect, not continental but, full. As a mixed couple, we were received well and treated well. This hasn't always been the case in our European travels

My parents-in-law always stay here when visiting. It's obviously not a five star hotel but the price is rights, the rooms are clean and the staff does their best
