This part of the city is very safe easy walk to any area and uber/taxi can pick you up right out front. Local restaurant is great and many to choose from just 15 min away. Fashion street is also a must see

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect—walking distance to several must-see spots. Only downside for me was the bed being a bit too hard, but that’s really just personal preference

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were large with comfy beds. The taps in the bath were in a slightly unusual place if you wanted to have a bath but ok for a shower

The hotel is very well located, it is right in the center by the Jewish quarter, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is somewhat basic but very tasty.

Good location, easy traffic to most tourist attractions. Breakfast buffet was good, but the same options every day. The check in team were helpful, the taxi they booked for me to the airport is fast and efficient

Temperature broke new record hight at 40 degrees in Budapest during my visit, and the AC in the room is not cool enough even I turned it on full blast. Apart from that, the hotel is fine

It was a beautiful hotel in the center of the city with very convenient location. We could walk anywhere we wanted easy. The rooms were very nice and like the photos shown. They were quiet and the staff was really nice

You think you can’t drive down the street it’s on but you can and their parking area has a gate so you have to call them but they didn’t pick up so we had to walk in first

The staff are very kind and attentive, the rooms are clean and comfortable, I was a bit nervous that the standard room might be very small, but it was actually really decently sized, even felt very spacious compared to most european hotels! Some are indifferent and some have to take a lot of plates and cups to the kitchen. I had a meal in the restaurant in the afternoon. The attitude of the male waiter who took the order was surprising

The location of the hotel itself is good, everything is very accessible. The room was big and comfortable, beds were nice. The coffee in the room is weird, a 3 in 1 sachet, which is no good if u want black or no sugar

The staff at breakfast don't wear uniforms and look a bit scruffy, also found them to be quite rude and mardy. It can sometimes take ages for the lift, we were on the top floor and had to walk a few times

Breakfast is a total let down. The toaster takes ages to toast, and one isn't enough to accomodate all of the guests. Food isn't replenished quick enough and not much options for hot food at all

All was great except some amenities. In the center, clean, silence. But no slippers, no drinking water, no fridge, no lockers, no toothpaste

It is also a walkable distance into the city centre with some good places to eat locally as well as 2 Aldi supermarkets and the Central Market Hall. Check in was straight forward

Just returned from 4 day trip to Budapest Xmas markets. Hotel location is excellent for this as just a few paces away from the main section of the Danube as well as the Xmas markets. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean

Only negative is there is not an area in the hotel where we were able to meet up to have a drink with friends we travelled with , so always had to go out and find a separate bar/ coffee shop to do this

They were prompt with facilitating my request for assistance with carrying my bags both when I arrived and upon departure, as the entrance is not at street level, as you have to negotiate either a very steep cobblestone pathway, or many uneven steps, to reach the entry door

The location on the Buda side of the Danube is just perfect for exploring the Chain Bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, Matthias Church and an ideal viewing spot for the Parliament House

The location is great! If you came by car, the parking is at the basement and you will have direct acces with the elevator to reception desk

There is no basic equipment like a kettle for tea or coffee in the rooms. If you ask at reception, they will only provide one if you leave a €10 deposit. There is no microwave available, not even in the lobby

Breakfast is available, but beyond that the hotel does not offer much in terms of comfort. Cleanliness is also average to below average. It’s not terrible, but certainly not up to higher hotel standards

The location of the hotel is perfect: next to the shopping district and the famous St Stephen church. The staffs were really friendly and welcoming, and never was there once a bad service

The hotel has a fantastic bar on the top of the hotel, High Note which has a wonderful ambience. The only downer for me was the lack of kettle in the room and the compact gym with minimal equipments

Oh yes! The hotel serves complimentary wine and cheese during the afternoon, coupled with nice music by the pianist! Overall, great hotel and highly recommended

I stayed in a deluxe king room on the 6th floor. It had a balcony, and overall the experience was very good. Breakfast was served hot, so it had to be cooked to order; other meals were buffet style

Great location right across the road from the Metro. Staff were very helpful upon check and during our stay. One thing I must mention is that the breakfast was fantastic

The hotel is in a strategic position to get around the city both on foot and by public transport (including the 100E bus to the airport). It is very clean, with particular attention to the bathrooms in the rooms

The plan included breakfast every day. It was just the right amount and both my husband and I were satisfied. It's just a few minutes walk from the tram and subway, so it's very convenient for going anywhere

The welcome drink was also appreciated and the convenience of having the restaurant in the building which you can use if necessary! In the room you can prepare an Italian coffee 😉! What can I say

Centrally located in Pest, ,quiet, modern, stylish, clean with helpful and efficient staff. Good size room overlooking quiet central. Good breakfast covering all tastes at very reasonable price

The service was also great; Sofia was especially helpful and suggested lots of cool things to do around Budapest. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea all day, which was a wonderful surprise

Additionally, the Wi-Fi service could be more robust and reliable to better meet the needs of modern travelers. Overall, I would rate my experience 8 out of 10. Thank you for the hospitality!

Excellent location in the city centre and close to the bus stop for the airport shuttle bus (100E) which costs 900 Ft per trip. Reception staff were friendly and the classic suite room is spacious at 431 square feet

Very good location, city centre, very polite personnel,payment can be made with card,breakfast is not included, and cost 8 to 10 euro for adults and is free for children's under 15. Rooms are big and well equipped

Plenty of seating available plus a microwave, kettle, sink and well-stocked fridge. Bathroom includes a bathtub and the toiletries provided were shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and liquid soap

WiFi worked and had no problems with it. The only downside I can think of was getting woken each morning by what sounded like the bins getting emptied. Quite loud for being on the fifth floor
