Amazing clean property rigth in the middle of everything. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms would need a bit of renovation…i would stay here again.

Our room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, television, safe and minibar. The sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean. The room was warm when we arrived, but after a day it was cooled with the air-conditioner. The furniture is a bit old, but ok. The beds are a bit short for a 180cm adult, but it is not a big problem. The mattresses are comfortable. The rooms and the common places were beautifully renewed, the whole atmosphere is elegant and cozy. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of opportunities. Even with kids have got lot possibilities. In the evening there is live music during the dinner until 10pm. Because of this the rest during the evening is difficult. The minibar did not work properly, it was warm even at the maximum. We cant use it. At all: it is a good hotel, absolutely recommended, worth the price.

Great hotel very near to the Balaton. The breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic. Several options, there is some excellent local food for all tastes. The beach is of walking distance as most everything is nearby. Highly recommend!

Hotel is about 12 min walk from the bus station. Few minutes walk to the lake Balaton and to the nearby shops. Rooms are good for the price. You have to come to the reception for anything you need. There is no elevator. Breakfast was very basic.

TERRIBLE.
It’s the worst hotel i’ve ever been to.
Reception was so unkind and rude. Whenever we asked something, she showed it’s annoying. Cleaniess of the room was not that good either.
And wi-fi internet was so slow, you can’t watch any youtube clips in your room.
I’ll never ever visit here again. The reception lady should learn what the service is.

ok so be aware of this hotel, the main building looks beautiful, but no lift for suitcases..quite many high steps. they put us in a Side building, which was just ok. Towels were thin and awful. Breakfast was however very good.

Great hotel and service! A thing to keep in mind when booking is that there is no elevator but otherwise great rooms. The breakfast and dinners are also great!

Nice place, but the receptionist wasn’t very kind to us 🙁 We stayed in the apartments outside the hotel and I don’t had Wi-Fi 😔 The hotel building looks amazing. That deserves 5⭐️

Despite the fact that the hotel is in a good location, the hotel is very dirty. The carpet in the corridors is very dirty, the smell is unpleasant. In the room it is terrible - dirty from the mirror to the carpet . Everywhere there is dust. There is no gel in the shower filler. I never recommend this hotel to anyone.For this amount of money you can find more nice quality.We staying with my husband in room 184 in August 2021

I have to add: when we check out they charge even for small bottles of water .
This hotel don’t have any welcome…

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

Nice hotel close to restaurants and great relax department. On the downside, the beds in our room were not great, and there is no hotel beach access.
