This is a very nice, big hotel. The rooms are big and have balconies.
Breakfast is very good and plentiful.
It has a large parking lot but the location is very poor.
It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2.5-3 km away from the public Strand. The water is at 0.7 miles from the hotel but the beach that can be used and where all the restaurants and shops are situated is far away.

Bathroom flooded every time you had a shower it also smelt like rotten egg when the water was drowning after a shower. Thinest and most pointless pillow, aircon barely worked and the towels provided were rough. Only good thing was breakfast

There is absolutely no way this is a 4 star hotel.
Rooms worn down. Faulty aircon. Leaking shower. Uncomfortable pillows, towels like sand paper.
Breakfast was okay, that was the only saving grace but ultimately, for the money, a real disappointment.

I expected more from a 4-star hotel.
Food was ok+, but I would expect more choice for a 4-star hotel.
Our room door (around the handle and lock) looked like someone had broken into the room in the past. Maybe we were just unlucky because it really was the only such door on the entire floor, but no one at the reception told us about the condition of the door untill we saw it by ourselves.
At the pool, you are requested to wear a swimming cap (maybe we missed that when making the reservation). And if you are not a native (Hungarian) speaker, there will be a challenge to communicate with the receptionist at the pool.
Saunas are ok, we just didn't expect that there will be children allowed.
Otherwise the staff (reception & waiters) is kind.

Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . The hotel has a good location - 1.5km on foot to the cities center - , rooms were modern, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a balcony to. Breakfast and dinner was okay but not fantastic. There was no minibar and no possibility of making coffee in the room. The reception staff was kind and professional. The hotel has a big free parking lot, it is near to the cities swimming pool with free access to it. It is not mentioned that this is a pet friendly place, it is a little disturbing that some guests had bring their dogs into the restaurant too. Otherwise they didn't were bothering

I/we only stayed here for one night. The hotel is roomy, clean and minimalistic. It's design is actually quite cool in some respects. The room is spacious with plenty of room for two, with the added bonus of a balcony. There's plenty of parking around the side and it's in a reasonably good location. If everything is so good, then why the slightly average score.... Even though the hotel is pleasant enough, it simply lacks any warmth and breakfast was a bit disappointing. For breakfast they bring out a plate of meats, cheese and some sliced vegetables. It was all a little underwhelming. But that said, it's a solid place to stay if you can get the room at a good price.

Rooms are great, spacious and clean. Beds are a bit on the uncomfortable side but you still sleep ok on them. We only had breakfast and it was plentiful and everything was tasty. Only problem I had in this place was that most of the workers here do not speak any other language aside from Hungarian which is unfortunate cos I do not speak the language. Don't get me wrong, they are helpful and really do try. That and the beds is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negative area is the food. We spent there 4 days but the breakfast was the same every morning. The dinner was decent. This is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.
