The hotel is situated between a glacier and the ocean, providing striking views from many rooms and the restaurant. Beautiful hotel with a great view of the ocean. Room/bathroom were a little small but still comfortable and modern. Breakfast was included and was delicious! Plenty of patios to see the beautiful view and the staff was lovely. Great walking/hiking trail right behind the hotel.

Great hotel. Beautiful view in the parking lot of the volcano and glacier, and the perfect spot to see the northern lights. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Beds were very comfortable.

The only problem I had was the sink is absolutely tiny. Like ridiculously tiny, half the size of a regular sink- if you try to brush your teeth, you pretty much end up missing it completely.

I also didn't see a spot to fill up a water bottle and there's no way a bottle would fit under the tap in the sink.

I did not stay here, but I popped in while hiking the coastline nearby, and the staff were very kind! They had a nice selection of drinks and snacks, and I bought juice to fuel the return hike. Much appreciated!

A beautifully located hotel. Not really necessary to pay extra for a sea view, as the windows are quite small. However, it's a really nice hotel, serving good food and with delightful staff.

It's basically on the mountain, feels like a guesthouse, and isn't very cost-effective.
The room is quite large.

A wonderful hotel!! Our rooms were very comfortable and had great views of the sea and coastline. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and filling. Walking trail to Arnarstapi was right outside the door. A great hotel to stay in when on Snaefellsnes.

Amazing location surrounded by nature. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed staying in the Superior room, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.

There are not many hotels in Snæfellsnes Peninsula. This one is a good distance from attractions such as Straw Hat Mountain. The breakfast is also very delicious. The only drawback is that the steak and lamb chops for dinner are a bit too dry.
